Duplicate Calendar Events so one Event Edited can serve as the basis for another that’s only slightly different… Duplicate Contacts, ditto…

This function was possible in older versions of outlook (2016 and later) by drag and drop or with right click "duplicate" and vanished in the current version.
Not able to duplicate events makes outlook nearly unusable (other free softwares have no problem doing so). I plan my works slots in outlook, too. Currently I have to create for every slot a single event. No way to do this long term. Please fix this. Thanks.

This is a cosmically stupid situation caused not by this end user but by bad bllod between MS & Apple. I'm sure the MS Outlook for Mac designers said: "Lets stick it to these Apple users. MS Outlook for Mac designers should be ashamed of themselves for created this problem in the first place and then for not being smart enough to figure a solution. If I ran MY business the way you run yours, I would't have a business. Neither should you.

Allow some way to copy/duplicate an event on the calendar. It used to be possible to hold the Option key (if I remember correctly) or maybe the Control key and then drag a meeting on the calendar to another day, which duplicated it. This is not longer possible.

You can do this in the Outlook web app by right-clicking the event you want to duplicate. It even says "DUPLICATE".

I am using the Outlook for Mac. When I wanna duplicate an event in calendar, I can't find the command by right clicking the event. I can see the "Duplicate" under "Edit" menu while one event was selected. But it is grey means can't be used.
But if I use the website calendar, I can easy duplicate an event in pop-up menu by right clicking the event. It's really great.
Can the "Duplicate" be added in Outlook for MAC ???

This one is a duplicate to entry This already works for simple events without attendees if you are in the month view, which is not very user friendly.
Also it is duplicate to https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/293343-outlook-for-mac/suggestions/15303147-add-a-feature-that-allows-me-to-duplicate-a-calend
I'd suggest to write more precicely that duplication events REGARDLESS if its an event (wothout attendees) or meeting (with attendees) should work REGARDLESS of the view (day, week, month) and add duplicating meetings with attendees.

Yes - basic functionality. Duplicate and copy are greyed out if you select a calendar appointment/event.

THis is a BASIC function in computing these days and should be considered a critical feature add.
