Outlook for Windows has had this feature for a long time. I'm curious why Microsoft's email client on the Mac (Entourage and later Outlook) hasn't been brought up to parity with the Windows client.
When I find legitimate mail in my Junk folder, I want to move it to a proper folder while also preventing the sender from being blocked in the future. To tell Outlook on the Mac to never block a sender, I have to:
1) Right-click on the sender in the "To" line.
2) Choose "Open Outlook contact".
3) Drag to select the email address.
4) Press Command+C.
5) Close the Contact.
6) Go to Outlook Web App and sign in.
7) Go to Settings and locate the "Block or allow" options.
8) Add the address to the Safe Senders List.
9) Save
10) Close Outlook Web App and go back to Outlook on the MacIt's frustrating that Mac users are made to jump through this many hoops to accomplish a simple task.

Please let me mark someone as "Not JUNK" and let it be permanent. Every day I find mail from my Contacts marked as Family or Friends in my Junk box. Very annoying and inconvenient and sometimes I miss things. The Junk folder is becoming the first thing I look at.

Yes - add the super basic feature of "mark as not junk."

I would simply like a functioning "Mark as Not Junk" feature. I repeatedly mark someone as NOT JUNK and they still keep going into the Junk folder.
