let me use "Mark all as read" on Smart Folders
When I right click on a smart folder, I get Edit and Delete. I want: Mark All messages as Read as well.

This is the most annoying option in Outlook for Mac. I some how continually select this option (by accident), and it must be through shortcut key strokes. It would be nice to have a way to disable this option. There is no way to "undo" this when you mark all as read, except to go through messages one by one. The most frustrating "feature", which in my opinion is no feature at all.

Mark All as Read should have a confirmation dialog. It is a disaster if clicked in error, so it should ask if you really intended to do it.

You should put the two features "mark as read", and "mark all as read" a part form each others to avoid clicking on it by mistake.
These two options are really close from each others in the menu list, and that increase the risk of clicking one instead of the other and then passing all the "Unread" as "Read" which could be really problematic, and can't be undone.

There needs to be an option to remove the "Mark All As Read" from the Message menu - its too close to Mark As Unread - Ive kit the wrong key several times and to undo it can be areal problem!
