I have Exchange/Office 365 Account and using version 16.16.20 (Mac). why I can't see "Add read receipt feature" in my outlook.

"... this feature is available to all O365 subscription users with 15.35 (170610) or later build." is a false statement. This feature is still intentionally disabled in Outlook for Mac Version 16.35 with an Office 365 Subscription. Users paying for, or with access to, both 0365 and Microsoft Exchange get this feature. Users with only an O365 subscription are excluded.

Hi there, I have a License from 2019, Outlook version 16.33, no O365, I just bought the software license and it is unbelievable that you offer such product without all the features such as read receipt.
Complains about the functionality date as early as 2017 by many Mac users. You are discriminating the Mac community and for what reason? I don't really care about you telling me that Office 365 users have that feature, I think we all deserve a good product here. Thank you.

HOWEVER, the feature request is, as already stated many times before, NOT FULLY IMPLEMENTED as in the Windows Client.
Currently, IT’S NOT supported for Office365 Private/Home or other account types such as Outlook.com and IMAP or POP accounts (Gmail, Yahoo!, iCloud etc)
From Microsoft Support: "Supported accounts. To use this feature, you need an Office 365 work or school account, or an Exchange on-premises account."

@Mac Outlook Team, that isn't what people here were wanting. They were wanting it to be just like Windows where it doesn't matter on the subscription.

This is not working for two users on office 365 with the latest build. I opened a ticket with Microsoft and after putting me through various troubleshooting steps and calls, they said it was a known issue.

The return receipt feature is NOT WORKING - in Oultook for MAC !!??
I see a lot of complaints on that but NOBODY from support team is answering or clarifing the situation. PLEASE help to get this feature on Outlook for Mac too ! -

If you want to receive the delivery or read the report for my send email ,ı should tick them for each email. I recommend that you automatically set up a report request like windows outlook

Also no functionality on Outlook 16.26 with O365 subscription. Very disappointing.
