Outlook for Mac 2016 forget subscribed public folder. Since Version 15.13 of Outlook 2016, Outlook sometimes forget which public folders are subscribed.
With Outlook 2011 we don't have this issue.
This happened to me or colleagues and i haven't found a pattern, when this issue happens.
We are using Exchange 2010SP3 as Mail server, with OSX Clients starting with 10.10.0 and above.
Thanks for the information and help!

For now there is a bug with version 16,32 or with the office 365 setup we are unable to see the public folder in order to subscribe. However if the the subscription was active previously it is still accessible
Suggestion: The way it use to work is not ideal since the subscriptions are all brought back to one single level in Outlook and in order to be efficient we must add and remove subscriptions to limit the view so it forces us to activate and deactivate the subscriptions all the time.
Several times now, Outlook 2016 has forgotten my "Subscribed Public Folders" and I have to manually add them back in. If someone at Microsoft wants to reach out, I think I can re-produce the issue - it seems to happen every time I leave the office and try to use Outlook 2016 from home. Its mid-2018 - please fix this!
Public folders keep automatically unsubscribing
Please fix this Microsoft
Please enable send from Public folders email for the Mac Version like it is possible on Windows.
