Add back OS X inbuilt text replacement feature in Outlook
Text replacements which are defined in System – Keyboard – Text are not working anymore in Outlook. I am using these for signatures or often used expressions.
This is a very helpful feature and should have not been deleted with the new Editor.
It was there in Office 2011. I “upgrade“ and lose a very useful feature I used often.
I need this resolved. It's difficult to live without my text replacements that are embedded into the macOS system.

I have over 100 customised Text replacements. Don't make us have to enter them all again. My productivity is dramatically decreased!

Your developers should actually be Mac users. Then you would understand the frustration we have when you disregard Mac conventions. Give it a shot, who knows what you could accomplish...

It would be great if Microsoft could ad texting capability to Outlook/Exchange similar to GroupMe.
Currently the text fields in Outlook doesn't respect the system-wide text replacements defined in System Preferences.app → Keyboard → Text.
I know this will possibly collide with the AutoFormat and AutoCorrect features already in office, but then maybe set the system-wide text replacements as first priority or something.
Any updates on this?? Can't believe not available.
