Make it possible to pop-out Calendar and Tasks, etc., in separate windows, the same way you can with the Windows version. Right-click the "Calendar" button at the bottom and get the option to view in separate window...

Please please do this! It is essential. Just like in Windows version.
As an executive assistant, I have to list an executive's availability in an email. Easy in Windows version. On mac, I have to write down on paper THEN re-type in email. HUGE time waster. Ans leaves room for error while transcribing.
Totally agree that this is a needed function within Outlook. I waste a ton of time jumping back and forth between email and calendar. I can pop-out an email into a separate window...why not a calendar.

FYI, you can open different components in separate windows using File --> New --> Main Window.

I know you like to keep everything in one place, I get that. But, for me, the calendar and my tasks are different from e-mail. One is a way to communicate and the other runs everything else. I hate writing an e-mail in Outlook and needing to navigate away from the e-mail to open the calendar app in the same program. Sunrise Calendar was perfect, I could open it with the app in Mac or in a browser and I could see my calendar and tasks at the same time as my e-mail. I know this is possible by opening the e-mail in a separate window, but that's an extra step that gets cumbersome. I like to have a calendar and tasks screen that is open all the time, independent of my e-mail.
You already own the technology (Sunrise), just slap Outlook all over it and call it a day. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
