Sync contacts across Outlook instances - Mac and Windows
Sync contacts across Outlook instances - Mac and Windows. I am not able to have my contacts sync across latest versions of Office365 Home, OfficeOnline, Office Windows and Office Mac (15.x). Curiously, iOS Outlook does sync.

I did a very simple experiment, which could (should) have been done by Microsoft also. On my Mac I imported a few addresses from my Mac Contacts.app into the Mac Outlook.app the way the Mac Outlook.app proposes. Just looking at some email addresses I noticed very easy, Microsoft can (should) also notice this, that something wasn’t right with the import. To be more precise: the email addresses have different labels. Moreover, when looking in the online Outlook address book only three email addresses remain, again with other labels. Such inconsistencies don’t exist between my Mac, my iPad and my iPhone. Even though I don't sync them via Apple’s iCloud but via another third party.
As long as such problems exist with the outlook services and/or apps, I really won’t trust my information with the Outlook services. For now I don’t want to spend too much of my time explaining such trivial matters to Microsoft over and over again. I trust Microsoft will be more capable of handeling matters like these in the future.

Make it possible to create lists with contacts that would be synced on all devices and platforms. For example a group for staff, from where you easily can send one e-mail to all your staff-members by searching for the group name in the address column. Then make it synced in all devices and on all platforms.
