Add the "Folder" section that exists on the Windows version so we can see Public Folders in a more intuitive and consistent way with the Windows version
There are some basic features in Outlook for Mac that are missing. Surely these cannot be that hard to add in:
1. Allow Public Folders to appear in favourites
2. Add message delivery Delay like you have in Outlook for Windows
3. The views are the most basic in Outlook for windows I can view all items sorted by date and then weather or not they are flagged. Mac you can sort by flag only or date only.

This is a HUGE feature that is absolutely essential, yet missing on the Mac and iOS versions of Outlook. I have a Windows computer at work (and a mac), and scheduling meetings on the Windows computer is the only thing I use it for (it IS a better version than Outlook for mac, which is still not a "full version" of the software). MS, please make this a top priority so Outlook would be much more useful on a Mac.
Have calendar sharing and public folders work like they do on Windows
