Add the ability to automatically insert signature in meeting invites

If you've set up an appointment and specified a room in the location field, then you click 'Invite' and the convert the appointment into a meeting, the room does not get added to the 'to' field. This results in the room not actually being booked.
It would be good if the room automatically got invited when you convert an appointment to a meeting.

Allow users to create a signature that is specific to meeting invites.

It should be possible to have a signature automatically added to a new Calendar Meeting or Appointment, rather than only being able to add signatures manually.
