Improve Conversation View
It would go a long way when showing items in a conversation in the reading pane that you can include invidual messages as well. Just like Mail.app. Imagine scanning through a conversation with 20 emails. With this feature you can select the conversation then scan all the emails on the right in the reading pane. Currently we get 1 line at a time. Here we would get every email. You can then hover over an email in the conversation and a small window would appear to reply, delete or forward that email.

In mac, your replies in a conversation show up as arrows on the side of the message you replied to, or as a button when you open that message. This also opens a new window instead of opening your reply in the same window.
In Windows and online, it shows your reply as part of the list and clicking on it doesn't open a new window.
The only reason I can see for outlook Mac not have this option, is to flat out make it worse than the windows equivalent.
This is a terrible practice, because it doesn't make me want Windows more, it just increases my dislike of Microsoft for wasting my time and holding back simple, easy, features.
