Allow for scheduling to have fuzzy/imprecise times
Many Calendar reminders do not need to have an exact time, but rather just a time window. Example: I just need to call Mr. Jones next Friday morning; I don't need (necessarily) to call Mr. Jones at a specific time next Friday morning. These fuzzy times could be set in preferences. This would be superior to the current alternatives, which consist of (1) scheduling "Call Mr. Jones" at a specific time ("9am"), or (2) scheduling it for a time range that represents morning ("8am-11am"). Currently, with enough "fuzzy time" appointments, the schedule starts looking as if one has committed to those specific times when they are in fact still available.

I have a pool of loaner cars and i want to load one.
Workflow:
- I open Outlook on the Calendar screen.
- I check the Free/Busy schedule for all cars.
- I pick the car that is available.
- I schedule that car for a certain period of time. -

Allow scheduling repeated events for business days. For example, if I want an event to be repeated every 20th, but a 20th is on a Saturday, set it on the business day right before the 20th. Many tax obligations here are scheduled on a fixed day of the month and when the day is weekend, we need to do it on the business day right before.
