  1. Add New Window button to Touch Bar when no window in focus

When Outlook is in focus, but no window exists, it would be helpful to have a Touch Bar button to open a new window, similar to the effect of clicking the dock icon or using the View -> Go To -> Mail menu bar option. Safari and (Apple) Mail have similar buttons when the application is in focus, but no window is visible.

  2. On calendar, change sub hourly lines dashes

Change the sub hourly lines to dashes rather than solid lines so they contract more with hourly lines. Outlook for the web is like this and much easier on the eyes.

  3. Add support fort selfservice:// links in Outlook

At this time, if someone sends a link to a policy in Jamf Pro by sending a jamfselfservice:// link, this link is never detected as a link, and the user has to select the text and copy-paste it in a browser to open it. Self Service links should be detected and displayed as such in Outlook.

  5. Can also move sent mails to archive

    Outlook has the function "Archive".

Unfortunately, this is only possible for mails you receive. (Inbox)
Why isn't this for sent mail? (Outbox) I don't understand!
What does that make sense just to archive the receipt and not send mails.
Only half of it is archived!
Is then again to search/find in two different places

Archiving should also be available for sent mails!

  6. Add (optional) confirmation window before closing the application

pressing CMD+Q by mistake rather CMD+W closes the application.
I wish to have an option to enable a confirmation window which will prevent the application closing.

  7. Auto lookup appointments

Add auto lookup in older appointments when making a new appointment with same subject of topic, to paste in the new item

  8. Change your system from something that looks like a chat line when it isn't. This is a big time waster. It looks like chat, it feels like c

Can you please look at the Contacts system. Why can't I update or edit addresses in contacts if at some point a contact was imported from g-mail. It dosn't make any sense and makes the system and other features unreliable.

  9. right click in meeting invite selects last attendee

When you are trying to add one person to a list of attendees already in the meeting invite, you naturally want to right-click in the "To" box and paste the addtional attendee. The problem is Outlook selects the last person in the invite and you end up replacing the last person in the invite with the person you want to add. It's maddening b/c if you don't know about it, you miss that you removed someone from the invite. Please do not have a right-click select the last attendee.

  10. I suggest you unlock the ability to add addresses in Outlook for the Mac OS version 16.37...I can't believe you just released an updated ver

Ok...I guess its a policy not to add support for customers who bought for Office 365 and use Google (Gmail) to add address editing to Outlook Contacts.

  12. Add the option "recent documents" to the "adding a file / attachment" function

In the PC version such a function exists: When you want to attach a recently written document to your mail, you can directly get a list of your last documents using the attachment icon without having to look for those files in different folders.

  13. When using search dialog (cmd+shift+f), tab should jump to email list, not ribbon

When searching for emails using the keyboard shortcut cmd+shift+f, there is no quick short cut to switch focus to the email results. pressing tab switches focus to [Home] in the ribboon. This forces me to switch over to my mouse to click the results.

  14. Three finger trackpad swipe up/down to switch email

MacOS apps allow you to move between pages or emails with a three finger swipe in the email. This would works as follows:

Open an email, read while two-finger scrolling to view entire message.
When you're finished with the message, three finger swipe down to move to the next message, or three finger swipe up to move to the previous.

This avoids needing to switch between keyboard and trackpad, and doesn't require you to manually click the next message. This works in most MacOS apps, including Mac Mail.

  15. Allow me to manually book focus time in Outlook

I like the Focus Time feature that puts Focus Time on my calendar. But often I would like to add more Focus Time. How can I do that?

  16. Outlook for MAC - Request to print Franklin Planner Format

In Outlook Windows Version you can print the calendar in various formats, I specifically would like top print the calendar in the Franklin Planner format 2 1/2 pages on 1 sheet just like a Day Runner or Franklin Planner.

On the Conversation page where you have the discussions from an email chain, it might be useful to have an expand and subtract icon, to allow a user to see a couple of sentences on a particular email.
I often know what the thread is about and often people leave 1 liner responses, so for me to be able to see that in the context of a conversation is really useful.
Opening the email fully, inline with the conversation may be useful sometimes, but you can easily lose your place in the thread if too much space is allocated to…

  18. Allow "Replies in folder other than Sent Items" This is so annoying

Please allow ... URGENTLY... as this has been going on for years per the threads on this site... to save replies in folders other than Sent items.
This causes me NO END of grief and is so time consuming to go and move all my sent items at the end of the day.
