  1. When I see calendar entries for the week, the width of current day should be increased compared to other days.

Then I see calendar entries for the week, the width of current day should be increased compared to other days.
    This helps in 2 ways
    1) focuses on current day
    2) Increases width on the most widely used entry.

Another option would be to allow the user to modify/save the width per day.

  2. Use a slightly darker color for the time tick mark labels for additional timezones in the calendar

When both a local and additional timezones are displayed in the calendar, the additional timezone time can easily be mistaken for the local timezone, probably because we read from left to right?) This happens to me enough times that I feel that having the additional timezone tick mark labels displayed in a slightly darker color than the local timezone tick mark labels would be of great help to avoid mistaking the additional timezone time for the local time.

  3. High importance button and sensitivity

Have high importance button and sensitivity (Private, confidential etc.) in new emails and meeting invites so that these can be marked accordingly.

  4. A setting for choosing the display name syntax for contacts.

At the moment there isn't a possibility to change the display name. Outlook for MAC has always the syntax "given name" and "surname" but it would be very helpful to change this because it has also an impact to my Outlook for Windows 10.

  5. Please update Office software to include the opening of the next item, immediately following the movement of the first email.

There is a major difference between the Windows version and the macOS version of the Office software. In Windows, when you file, delete, or move an email, it automatically opens the next email (if this user as setup this feature). It's hard to imagine that this could be done for Windows, but not for macOS.

  6. Auto Trim e-mail addresses when pasted into a contact

When an e-mail is pasted into the contact field it looks like this: > Outlook should auto trim off each side of the e-mail address so it works in this field.

  9. Add a feature to PIN your most preferred rules on top of other rules

Add a feature for both Windows and MAC users

Please introduce a feature where you can pin your most preferred rules on top of the list, any new rule created should automatically be pushed below those pinned rules.

    Example:
rule 1 - most preferred rule (pinned)
rule 2 - preferred rule (pinned)
rule 3 - every new rule created/added should automatically come to sequence 3 (or after my pinned rules) so that I don't have to re-sequence it every time

  11. People Pane

I'm still missing the People Pane in Outlook for Mac. Very often I'm looking for specific Mails from a special sender. People Pane is a good tool to find Mails and attachments.

  12. Add an email as calendar event

In the "old" outlook for Mac there was the possibility to add an email as an event. Now it's gone.

  14. Fill in title for appointment

In prior outlook calendars, I was able to highlight the time slot for an appointment to create a new one, then automatically insert a title for that appt. Now, I can still highlight times to create a new appt, but have to double click on it to edit the title. Would love if you could revert back to original.

  16. I suggest that you should bring back the two UP and DOWN arrows on the top right hand corner of the screen when we open the microsoft outloo

I suggest that you should bring back the two UP and DOWN arrows on microsoft outlook because that greatly increases the experience of using the microsoft outlook as it helps to scroll up and down the emails. Since you removed the up and down arrows now I have to close the email I read and select the next one from the list/panel of emails. Previously I just scrolled up and down to go into my desired emails. It will be highly appreciated if you can bring back the two UP and DOWN arrows in your current version of microsoft outlook…

  17. Must see all attachments in Outlook for Mac

In Outlook 365 for Mac, when a letter comes with a large number of attachments, the attachment field displays a maximum of 39 items in full-screen mode. The rest of the items are out of sight, there is no scroll bar (unlike the Windows version). Button "Preview all attachments" is not visible too. Dear Outlook team, please, fix it.

  20. iPhone/icloud Calendar Syncing.

It still doesn't work even with the so called workaround using Outlook Web. Make it easier for the Apple / MS eco-system!
