  1. There's no goddam reason for not adding holidays to the Mac Version of Outlook 2019!

Add the holidays. You know you can do it. It's ridiculous not to have them.

  2. Upgrade Exchange public folder connection like the Windows interface

For now there is a bug with version 16,32 or with the office 365 setup we are unable to see the public folder in order to subscribe. However if the the subscription was active previously it is still accessible

Suggestion: The way it use to work is not ideal since the subscriptions are all brought back to one single level in Outlook and in order to be efficient we must add and remove subscriptions to limit the view so it forces us to activate and deactivate the subscriptions all the time.

  5. add FROM field on outlook for MAC

It is annoying that Outlook for MAC does not have "from" filed enabled unless you add another mailbox or shared mailbox to outlook.

What if user only has "send as" access instead of full mailbox access?

    Please enable this feature asap.

    Thanks.

  8. SCL and BCL column

SPAM is not as simple as a “yes” or “no” answer. Users should be able to add a column in Outlook to display the SCL and BCL values at a glance. Today it requires a good bit of knowledge and extra hoop jumping to examine the headers to get these details that can otherwise be very valuable to an end user trying to determine the value of an email.

  9. Deleting an event from calendar reminder must open the event occurence and not the serie

From the calendar reminder, if you click on "delete" it opens the event series and not the event occurence (single event).
So if if we do not pay attention, we delete all the events !!!
And we lost all because the deleting event is definitively deleting (not present on the deleting items).
The problem is only for the Outlook local software. On the web software (or Windows local software) the logic is good : it opens only one event.
So how all sofware doesn't works the same ???

  11. Add link to release notes in AutoUpdate, no need to search the internet!

What about adding the link to the release notes directly in autoupdate. would save me a lot of time...

  13. I just switched from PC to Mac, and bought Outlook bc I am used to using it o

Add the "dock to peek" option for calendar in Outlook for Mac, so you can view your mail and calendar side-by-side. Love this feature on my PC version but not available in MAC version :(

  14. Forward a meeting without host or other invitees seeing the new invitee

I'm a consultant and work with several clients. My clients require me to have an email address and calendar on their domain. Some clients even require me to use their hardware, which makes it impossible to integrate or combine calendars. In my attempt to control chaos, I maintain a separate "master calendar" that includes every meeting I'm invited to across all clients. Maintaining this calendar currently requires me to manually add a meeting every time a client invites to a meeting using their own email/calendar domain.

I would like to be able to forward emails to my master calendar, but…

  16. Add option to reduce attachment icon size

Include an option in the settings to reduce the size of the attachment icon/file name when reading an email. With multiple attachments, the icons take up a large area of the screen. The previous version had smaller, less kid-friendly icons that took up less space in the reading pane, and it would be nice to have the option to have that view again.

  17. hold emails in Outbox until you manually send and receive

On clicking SEND, hold email in Outbox until you manually initiate a send and receive.

This functionality exists for Outlook on PC, but not on Mac.

  18. Open installed onenote application instead of onenote in browser

First off, thank you for getting one note integrated into Outlook, albeit in a not-so-perfect manner

Currently, when you open onenote notes from a meeting, outlook prompts for opening one note and when the user selects, it opens out one note in the browser, even when onenote application is already installed.

Can we modify the behavior to open the one note application directly, if it is already installed?

  19. Arrows in the calendar view to show there are meetings that cannot fit in the hours displayed

In the calendar view, to make entries readable you can display maybe 10 hours of the day. As organizations today span the globe, we often have meetings outside our "daytime" hours. An arrow at the top or bottom of each days hour listing to indicate there are meetings on this day that are not currently displayed would remind us we have another meeting to attend.

  20. Customizable slide

I suggest to be able to customize sliding to left/right so this mail is send to a specific folder created earlier.
