  1. I suggest you add spell check before sending as an option.

I suggest you add spell check before sending as an option. Yes there is spell check as you go but spell before sending is better and what people are used to using outlook. Not sure why the MAC version has to miss such clear essentials.

  2. To hide user presence in Outlook for Mac

We would like to show and also hide the user presence sometimes. It would be great if you could provide us a function to hide user presence.

  6. To have an option to see the exact email address used in the email that received (or sent).

Please support such feature to be able to see exact address used to send or received an email when either hovering the mouse over the name or double-clicking it.

  7. Add option to set so Outlook stops requesting confirmation when deleting messages.

Please add option in settings so I can stop Outlook from requesting confirmation when I am deleting any emails. This is cumbersome also because you require the confirmation with no way to turn it off.

  9. Add / Display Holidays

Really, you don't have holidays yet? Every calendar I use has the option to display holidays. Outlook for Mac is the only one that doesn't have this and this is what I use for business. Microsoft really confounds me and many other business people I know. You don't add some obvious features people use and can't be that hard to add.

  11. Customize the Outlook Ribbon so the Send to OneNote button can be hidden.

Please allow us to hide/unhide the sen to OneNote and other Add-ins buttons so that the ribbon would not be re-arranged because of the space that is taken up by the add-ins icons.

  12. I suggest that you upgrade the Outlook that is part of Office 365 run on a Mac to the same level of utility that Outlook on a PC has.

Outlook on a PC which also has full-blown Adobe Acrobat can convert an email WITH ALL ATTACHMENTS into a single PDF file. Outlook (same subscription of Office 365) running on a Mac cannot. Why can you not fix that?

  14. Please add a way to forward meeting requests to only new attendees (not all attendees) on a Mac

For Mac Users - there is no way to add a new invitee to an existing meeting without sending the same meeting request to all those already invited. Please allow a way to add new invitees without (re) sending the meeting request to all the existing invitees - on a Mac

  15. Bug in outlook email

    1. Compose a new email and send to person_a@outlook.com

    2. Now open an existing email thread

    3. Observe the profile picture of the person (let's say person_b) in To in the existing email thread

    4. It shows the picture of a persona instead of personb

  16. separate scheduled emails from drafts... make a new "Scheduled Folder"

Currently, emails that are scheduled to send in the future are stored in the drafts folder. I would suggest a new folder called "scheduled." They're really not drafts anymore if you have already clicked send and set it to automatically send sometime in the future.

This would help separate emails that a user still needs to work on from those that are already proofed and ready to send.

  18. Add scripting access groups for AppleScript

This is needed so sandboxed apps can use script Outlook with AppleScript. According to Apple, it's not a lot of work to implement this:

    > For scriptable app developers, implementing support for access groups is relatively trivial, and requires making minor annotations in their app’s scripting definition (sdef) file. - https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/qa/qa1888/index.html#//appleref/doc/uid/DTS40015156-CH1-SANDBOXINGOSXAPPS__INCLUDINGSCRIPTABLEAPPSANDAPPLESCRIPTAPPS-ABOUTAPPLEEVENTSTEMPORARYEXCEPTION_ENTITLEMENTS

  19. Upload attachments to Onedrive

Currently Outlook already allows to send attachments as links to OneDrive, but only Office documents already existing on OneDrive.
It would be nice to also allow Outook (from the email writing screen) to upload a local file (any type of file: office, pdf ...) to a OneDrive folder in order to send it with the email as OneDrive link, if possible also determine a period after which the file will be automatically deleted from OneDrive.
    Thanks.
