End meetings early for Outlook for Mac
As described on this page, please add the ability to end meetings early for parity on the Windows version of Office 365 the way it's described below.
Especially during these times of this pandemic, having a built in mechanism to allow for time after meetings to check on family and prepare for next tasks.
End meetings early
If you're using Outlook for Microsoft 365, you can now have Outlook end your meetings a few minutes early. This can help you build in travel time between meetings. You can choose a different duration for meetings under one hour and meetings…

FIX: 2020 Outlook for Mac UI doesn't show coworker's calendars
I tried the new 2020 Outlook for Mac UI... it looked much better but when I tried to view coworkers calendars I could not see any other contact in my organization. When I set up a meeting, I couldn't even use scheduling assistant to see the invitees time conflicts for that meeting. I had to revert back to the older version because this is showstopper missing functionality.

ISO 8601 standard week number option
Based on the ISO week number standard (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISOweekdate), the ISO 8601 definition for week 01 is the week with the first Thursday of the Gregorian year (i.e. of January) in it. So I would expect 2021 week 1 to start on January 4, 2021. Instead it shows that 2021 week 1 starts on Dec 28, 2020.
I believe the Mac version of Outlook needs the option (First week of year: "First 4-day week") that is present in the Windows version, so that we can set it to conform to the ISO definition. https://superuser.com/questions/1246132/wrong-week-number-in-outlook

Please bring back the categories feature in Outlook for Mac.
It difficult to filter out the information while on the Calendar, Notes, Task or Contacts.
At least give the option to filter by Category on list view and collapse group like in Windows Outlook.

Change calendar keyboard shortcut for next/previous (back) to cmd+arrow
This seems to have been changed since Oct 2020.
Say I have the weekly view open in calendar, and I want to advance to the next week I have to press CMD+OPTION+RIGHT.
Previously it was simply CMD+RIGHT
What's the purpose of changing the shortcut?
It is used a lot and was easier to press before4 votes -

Outlook Stripping Embeded link "Click to join" End up as plain text, when sending calendar invites.
According to my mailprovider Kerio (GFI) See below:
As such, a fix for this behavior depends on Microsoft. I suggest submitting a feature request directly with them to have them make the appropriate changes that would allow us to resolve it in Kerio Connect.
…The primary reason for stripping embedded hyperlink content within calendar invitations comes from a limitation imposed by the RFC-5545 standard, which defines Event Descriptions with a Value Type of Text. This does not include Richtext or HTML support within the event description pane, resulting in embedded hyperlinks to be converted to simple text instead. The root

Fix the calendar
When I try to click on a meeting in my calendar to see what it is sometimes the meeting will be slightly adjusted without any kind of confirmation. Obviously, this is an extremely poor user experience. How about you just limit the ability to instantly change important meetings to the meetings detail page?

focus time
When scheduling "focus time" in calendar, Cortana should allow me to schedule this time in a different color, so it is easy for me to see where I have "mental breaks" in the day or when I will be able to do my follow-up tasks from my meetings in the day.

Enable the same "automatically dismiss reminders for past calendar events" feature you have on Windows
Please allow Mac users to turn off reminders for past (overdue) calendar events. They serve absolutely no purpose, and Windows users can turn them off already. Please!

Stop skipping a week when scrolling ahead in meeting scheduler
If I'm scheduling a meeting with someone and want to look further out on their calendar as I check availability, when I scroll past one week from the original date, it suddenly skips an entire week and then continues scrolling. So if I click on tomorrow's date of Thur, Feb 4 and then start scrolling through to see when people are available to meet, it will scroll to Wed, Feb 9, and then suddenly skip a week and show Wed, Feb 17. Then I can keep scrolling into the future, but I miss that entire next week unless I scroll…
