  1. scroll direction

Outlook 2016 does not honor the OS X setting for 'Scroll Direction' found in System Preferences > Trackpad > Scroll & Zoom > Scroll Direction: Natural

I have Scroll Direction: Natural enabled (checked) in my preferences but Outlook does no honor this, instead scrolling in the opposite direction. I consider this a bug, not a feature request, that should be fixed.

  2. Visibility

Please Make Office 2016 for OSX more friendly for users with vision impairment and disabilities. The Bright WHITE background should be able to be changed so that users can use Outlook with out killing their eyes through out the day.

  4. Mac OS X Pricing

Outlook on iOS and Android are good mail and calendar alternatives but there's no way I'm going to spend $100 to buy the Mac OS X version. The app needs to be $40 at most. There's way too many great choices that cost less.

  5. Web-Apps Support

We developed several Apps for Outlook which can't be used on Mac right now.
Would be great if you add Web-App (Office-Online Apps) Support.

  6. Single License

Can I buy a single license for outlook? I purchased Home and Student but I would like outlook as well.

  7. Microsoft developers should use DevOps with Net.Core for cross platform development themselves

Interesting to read that Microsoft is enabling cross platform development on .net Core for Android, Linux, Apple and Windows...and the development teams of Microsoft themselves are not capable of bringing out a similar Outlook for Mac, Windows and Linux at the same moment with the same functionality...

A good practice is to use your own stuff first before having your customers find all kid diseases...

  8. Czech language support

Many customers in Czech Republic would love to see full Czech language support = localized interface and grammar check. Both features are available in Office for Windows

  9. Document Outlook for Mac & iOS Setup Scenarios

Recently purchasing Office 365 for Mac I was hopeful that I could return to Outlook after many years of using the separate Apple products of Mail, Address Book and Calendar:
    (1) Applications installed on my Mac and iOS devices without issue
    (2) Basic setup straight forward
    (3) Was happy when I saw my contacts from iOS Address Book showing up in Outlook on the iOS device. Tried to keep these in sync, i.e. making mods in Address Book and having them show up in Outlook - NO GO. Tried to edit People in Outlook (those linked to Address Book -…

  12. Creating new mail folders, default should be below inbox not in the inbox.

When creating new folders, default should be below the inbox. Not in the inbox.
"The Inbox syncs more frequently than any other and should be kept as clean as possible. (this is the number one cause of problems with sync). Do NOT make subfolders under the Inbox."

  13. Kill print button, or at least promote send/new to persistent area which currently contains undo/redo

confused why undo/redo and ESPECIALLY PRINT are persistent, yet send(contextual in mail) or new item is not

  14. show some sort of progress bar when “Automatically Download and Install” option is enabled. An App icon itself could show this.

Show some sort of progress bar when “Automatically Download and Install” option is enabled. An App icon itself could show this, as it happens with Apps that are updating through Apple's App Store. Otherwise, during updates one is only guessing: "how much longer before I can run my MSO apps?"

  15. Issue with the "+*** more" function in the recipient details of an email

After the most recent update, when I click on the "+*** more" in the recipient details above a message with over 100 or so recipients, the upper part of the Outlook window goes a-wire. Essentially, the list of recipients expands but at the same time the top of the window gets mixed up as if it was expanded with the list. This mixed up window is only fixed by a restart of the Outlook application (hiding the recipients does not fix it). Seems to be some kind of bug.

  16. Enhance the support dialog

The support dialog is great, but the text input field at the bottom should expand vertically as the amount of text increases. It's hard to review a multi-line submission with the text field as it is.

Furthermore, there should be a hotkey to send the entry in the text input field (e.g. Command-Enter). Having to switch to the mouse or trackpad slows things down.
