  2. Speed of loading Emails in Online Archive

Improve the speed of loading emails in Online Archive. It is extremely slow and takes minutes to load 300-500 emails. At the same time, the windows version has it loaded already when I select any email folder in the Online Archive

  3. Add option to remove Trash folder unread badge count

The trash folder shows an unread count just like any other folder. I'd like the option to turn the unread count off for the Trash folder, because if I've sent it to the trash, I don't care whether it's unread!

  6. web site does not support safari

The web server here (outlook.uservoice.com) does not seem to properly support Safari. When trying to log in to leave comments, clicking in the password entry field always seems to cause it to go to "Create a password." In Chrome, it properly allows the selection and entry of the password text.

  7. Figure out how to insure the windows come back up on the right screens when there are multiple screens.

When Outlook for Mac restarts or starts back up (such as after a shutdown/reboot) my calendar window comes back up on the right screen in its original location and size but the email window comes up on a different screen.

  8. Allow Reminders to be tied to a single desktop, rather than showing up on every desktop.

Currently, the Reminders window is displayed on every desktop. There should be an option to pin the Reminders window to a single desktop as I can with the main Outlook window. This was the old behavior of Outlook 2011.

  10. Switchable Account Profiles

With the Windows version of Outlook (or least the older versions) one could create multiple account profiles. This feature, currently not present in the Mac version of Outlook, can be more useful than ever considering more and more folks are using Outlook for personal email AND work email at the same time. It would be nice to be able to create a profile for Word and another for Personal. What way your personal and work life are separate.

  11. Add a function that allows you to color one open outlook window, inbox, differently than another open outlook window, out box.

Add a function that allows you to color one open outlook window, for example you are viewing your inbox folder in one window, differently than another open outlook window, for example your sent folder. when answering hundreds of emails I like to have one main window open to inbox and one main window open to sent folder, which allows me to search for previously sent answers without losing my place in my inbox. Being able to color one from the other would help in easily knowing one from the other.

  12. Place of icons/shortcuts to Calendar etc

Change the spot for "icons" or shortcuts for mail, calendar, tasks etc. Since they are (still) on the very low left side, the are hidden by the Mac-dock.

  15. Enable ability to POP-OUT Mail, Calendar, Contacts to display each on own screen.

Many today have multi-screen environments. I do not want to have to click which Outlook component I see, I want to put Mail, Calendar, and Contacts on separate screens by popping them out. Your current UI is so 1990's, please provide a generalized pop-out capability.

  16. Create a virtual Desktop

Mail is too often lost in clutter. Beyond flagging, I would love to create a virtual desktop that I can drag emails that I don't want to lose track of, are linked to a specific project, etc.

  20. Pinch

I would love to have the same possibility as in Outlook XP. There I can click in the mail or elsewhere and use the mouse wheel to change the font size.

On the mac this function, would be: Tap in the mail, or elsewhere and use the "pinch" function with the two fingers to make the font size bigger.
