  2. Picture/Logo Missing when not in Main Account

I have two account and all my contacts are in the second account. I can simply access this from emails with address book but when i open emails, Outlook for Mac does not scan for the person in the second address book. So i can't see the picture or logo I added.

  3. Make Outlook for Mac a Professional/Adult Application vs. Kid-version.

Are there any plans to take Outlook for Mac from kid-version to adult/professional version??? I really need the fields from Exchange for Assistant's Name, Manager's Name, Assistant's email, Assistant's Ph #, And I really don't need zodiac sign, age (really???), blood type. It's bad when you have to use your iPhone to save and look up the Assistant's name. Thank you Apple for sending that field to the iPhone. I do appreciate what has been done to stabilize Outlook for Mac in the past many months.

  5. Customers register

Hi.. I have a productive suggestion. When we register a contact in the Outlook database, that contact should go directly to the Outlook Customer Manager contacts. That way, we avoid double-enrollment of these clients.

  7. Store "businesses" as well as contacts

Storing businesses that we don't necessarily have contacts at, like favorite out of town restaurants, boutiques, stores etc..

  11. MERGE CONTACT AND NOTES TAB IN PEOPLE

HOW MANY YEARS IS IT GOING TO BE BEFORE THE CONTACT SHEET IS SIMILAR TO WINDOWS. THE NOTES TAB SHOULD BE ON THE CONTACT TAB IN PEOPLE (FOR EACH CONTACT). I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO SWITCH BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN TABS JUST TO ENTER INFORMATION. PLEASE FINALLY UPDATE OUTLOOK AND MAKE IT BEHAVE LIKE THE WINDOWS VERSION. I PAY YOU MORONS EACH YEAR FOR YOUR ****** SOFTWARE AND YOU MAKE NO REAL UPDATES TO THE SOFTWARE WHATSOEVER.

  13. I suggest options for which information is sent when sharing contacts.

I often have notes on people, transactions or even home addresses that should not be sent if I'm sharing someone's contact information with another person. Currently, I have to manually cut that information then send and re-paste. There should be options for each field that can be selected or at least a few templates or major categories to include or exclude (such as home vs office, personal, notes).

  14. Look at making Outlook VCF files the correct format

I've found that the VCF format used by the Mac version when forwarding Contacts isn't quite standard compared to the Windows version.

  17. Review UX impact in real world first - then release

Not convinced about that change you just made to pop-up context when hovering over a person in the to/from list. This used to work ok with a micro-view of the phone numbers and E-Mail, including name and title. That is now all or partially gone, and what replaces it only pops up randomly. Very 'fiddly' to handle / unresponsive. UX downgrade from my perspective, not an improvement.

  18. In Contacts- include the "Display" and the "close and new" features.

Add the "Display" option when entering people to Contacts so the entire name and their email address is not shown to all other recipients.
Also add the "Close and New" option to move quickly from adding one new Contact to the next.

  19. viewing shared sub-contacts folder

With Outlook for PC, you can create and share a contact folder. You cannot view the other User's sub-folders from Outlook for the Mac. You can only "Open Other User's Folder" and select "Address Book". There is no option to view or select the sub-contact address book.
