  1. Look at making Outlook VCF files the correct format

I've found that the VCF format used by the Mac version when forwarding Contacts isn't quite standard compared to the Windows version.

  3. Allow the address format to be customised

The number of subfields in the address field is limited to 4 which is insufficient for UK addresses. The365 function should mirror the behaviour in Outlook for Microsoft at the least

  4. Need to have an ability to add images in contact notes.

We should be able to add the images to the notes section of any contact as we can do in Windows Outlook.

  6. Review UX impact in real world first - then release

Not convinced about that change you just made to pop-up context when hovering over a person in the to/from list. This used to work ok with a micro-view of the phone numbers and E-Mail, including name and title. That is now all or partially gone, and what replaces it only pops up randomly. Very 'fiddly' to handle / unresponsive. UX downgrade from my perspective, not an improvement.

  7. In Contacts- include the "Display" and the "close and new" features.

Add the "Display" option when entering people to Contacts so the entire name and their email address is not shown to all other recipients.
Also add the "Close and New" option to move quickly from adding one new Contact to the next.

  9. Have a look at this bug ...

There is a bug in Outlook for Mac that shows incorrect user profile pictures for other internal exchange accounts at the start of a message. While it's given us a god laugh in the office here, it seems like a bit of an issue.

  11. People application: IMPORT and DELETE/DELETE ALL in batch operations needs revisiting. Very slow response times and functionality needs help

IMPORT and DELETE/DELETE ALL in batch operations needs revisiting. Very slow response times and functionality needs help. Not user-friendly. Using Giga WiFi and Chrome. Functionality doesn't look improved over old Hotmail. Needs significant improvement with design.

  13. Make Outlook for Mac a Professional/Adult Application vs. Kid-version.

Are there any plans to take Outlook for Mac from kid-version to adult/professional version??? I really need the fields from Exchange for Assistant's Name, Manager's Name, Assistant's email, Assistant's Ph #, And I really don't need zodiac sign, age (really???), blood type. It's bad when you have to use your iPhone to save and look up the Assistant's name. Thank you Apple for sending that field to the iPhone. I do appreciate what has been done to stabilize Outlook for Mac in the past many months.

  14. When I select add sender's email add to my address, I don't see it in my Outlook for MAC contacts.

Allow me to see my contacts from the Outlook for MAC view. If the ability to do this already exists, it is not user friendly for semi-adept technology users like me.

  15. Correct USA phone and address formats

Correct default USA address format - there should not be a space after City and before the comma. Also add a Street 32 field. Finally, add a phone number format selection: +1 (234) 567-8901.

  17. Contacts develop a hyperlink when reinstalling the app

I reinstalled the app and a hyperlink got added on ALL contacts. This was unnecessary and now I have 1000 contacts which need to be edited manually. I contacted customer service. They could understand the reason or the solution!!

  18. It would be very helpful to be able to see group in left pane and then be able to drag members to that group. This is a feature on PC's but

It would be very helpful to be able to see group in left pane and then be able to drag members to that group. This is a feature on PC's but I recently bought a MAC. In order to create a group I need to type in the first few letters of name. Which means I have to toggle back and forth as I can't remember everyone in the group. Much easier to drag members into the group

  19. I suggest you make it possible to display middle names in the headings of the Outlook address book. Many people go by middle or maiden names

Since many people (especially women) include middle or maiden names in the name they go by most often, it seems, especially in this day and age, that this feature should be added to Outlook's address book. Every other address book software that I know of (like the standard Mac address book) allows this feature. Why not MIcrosoft?

  20. A setting for choosing the display name syntax for contacts.

At the moment there isn't a possibility to change the display name. Outlook for MAC has always the syntax "given name" and "surname" but it would be very helpful to change this because it has also an impact to my Outlook for Windows 10.
