  4. doubleclick on a VIP to open new message

I categorize people in purple category as friends. I can just see them when I click on the list. why not to save a step just double click on the name and it automatically opens up a new email with the person's address already entered in the "to" line.

  8. Make Contacts' pane consistent with Windows

Currently, in the Mac version the People pane (contacts) is extremely confusing, in comparison with the Windows' version. Why the labels are repeated in each category?
If i was visually consistent in the two O.S. (with Windows 10 as reference, of course), it would be much better.

  9. Please alloc conatcts be synced to People in Mac Outlook

    Hi,

I have become part of Insider Fast. This should have allowed me to sync my contacts from my email id {backed by Google} and it should have appeared in my Outlook for Apple Mac. However this is not happening.

How do it do it. I have followed all steps as per the below link

    https://blogs.office.com/en-us/2017/03/01/outlook-2016-for-mac-adds-support-for-google-calendar-and-contacts/

Kindly help . Its frustrating to not see the contacts in the address book and be able to use them

Please xtend this to Volume licensing users just as you may have extended it to Office 365 users. Why differentiate if they all of…

  11. add the notes field from iPhone to the contacts

notes in iPhone contain important information, at least for me. It would help if that tab/field was included in the columns available for display in outlook

  13. I suggest you hire/enlist individuals who are on the "Support" with knowledge, experience, and education to be able address problems/issues.

Hire individuals working with SUPPORT to have knowledge of the software, have experience working with the software, and most importantly, have education/training on the software.

  14. provide the ability to colorize contacts by email account

if you have multiple email addresses, it would be helpful to be able to colorize the contacts so you know which one is from which email account.

  15. Outlook Contacts Addressable by FaceTime and iMessage

The simplest way would be to make the contacts from Outlook into a clickable option on Internet Accounts > Hotmail/Exchange accounts. For instance, in Settings > Internet Accounts, a Gmail account has Mail/Contacts/Calendars/Notes as clickable options. If a Gmail user clicks the contacts box, then their Gmail contacts show up in Apple's Contacts app, and their Gmail contacts can be used with FaceTime and iMessage. However, my Hotmail account only has Mail/Notes as options. Please add contacts to the list of possible account integrations. This will open up FaceTime and iMessage. Yeah, yeah, I use Skype, I know. Try getting…
