  1. Enable Subscribed Calendars

Enable the ability to subscribe to web based calendars. For example, I can subscribe to a SharePoint calendar on Outlook 2013 PC but not on Outlook 2016 Mac.

  2. Better disk space utilization

Outlook for Mac 2016 has these problems currently:

    1. There is no way for me to specify where to store my mails

I should have the option of storing the mails in another partition or even an external drive as well. Currently all my IMAP downloaded mails are being stored in home folder which is eating away space for other apps. Outlook for windows has this option.

    1. Better disk cleanup

After i unlink and remove an IMAP account, Outlook does not seem to free up the space. I believe Outlook windows has this option of cleaning up disk space.

  4. Support for Google Calendar sync only without email.

Support for Google Calendar only. Downloading gmail emails is too large for most hard drives. I should be able to sync Google and outlook calendars without having to download my entire gmail emails.

The whole reason I use gmail is so I don't have to store my emails on my laptop.

  5. Save changes without updating attendees

Users often have to make small changes to a meeting invitation they created and do not want to send the update to all attendees who find it confusing to get multiple notices for the same meeting when nothing appears changed. For example, I scheduled s meeting, later found I had several items to prepare, so I changed the reminder notice to 2 days instead of 30 minutes so I would know I needed to get ready. It would not let me make that change and save it without updating all attendees who don't care one bit about my notification settings.…

  6. Option to print Weekly Agenda Style

In the Windows version of Outlook you can select a setting when printing out a work week to, Weekly Agenda Style. It prints out boxes for the days not columns with times. My boss really does not like the columns with times and prefers the boxes. How do we get the Agenda style on Outlook for Mac?

  7. Duplicate Calendar Events

Duplicate Calendar Events so one Event Edited can serve as the basis for another that’s only slightly different… Duplicate Contacts, ditto…

  9. exchange shared calendar on other exchange accounts' mobile devices

Sharing calendars between exchange accounts is great. One calendar, multiple users, instantly synced to all whom access. No mess, no fuss. Thank you!

However, If I create, then share an exchange calendar- others can access this only on their outlook or 365 webmail. Please reach an agreement with apple to allow others with exchange accounts on ios devices to access exchange shared calendars

  11. Add back the ability to Send Update to only added/changed invitees to a meeting in Outlook for Mac

I am no longer able to just send an Update to only the added/changed invitees for an appointment in the Outlook for Mac client. I have meetings that I manage with 50+ invitees, but when I add someone to the invite it sends an update to everyone instead of just the new addition.

  12. View Private Events on Other People's Calendar

When creating a Private event where I have invited others to or when viewing other people's calendar, I cannot see private events on their calendar. I can go into Outlook online and see the events in their calendars but not on the desktop.

  13. Attachments

I wish there was a way to search through meetings for everything with an attachment of a certain size. My IT dept puts mailbox limits and having 4 years of attachments sitting in calendar meetings is killing me.

  14. Meeting Reminders in Notification Center

Please move meeting reminders to Notification Center instead of a standalone popup window.

I am a heavy MAC user and utilize spaces and full screen apps constantly. Because of this I am often missing meetings because the outlook meeting reminder is limited to displaying only in desktop spaces and the full screen that I am running outlook in. if I am working in safari I miss the reminder completely. Using Notification Center would allow these notifications to show across all full screen apps and desktops and provide a consistent user experience with other Mac applications.

  16. Turn Off Notifications for Shared Calendars

There should be an option to disable the notifications (reminders) for shared calendars events in Outlook for Mac.

  17. Calendar Online Archive

Calendar Online Archive to have parity with what is available to Outlook 2013 for PC clients. We have a 150 day retention policy in place, most of our C-Class Executives, President's, and VP's or on Mac's and are desperately asking for Calendar Archive for planning purposes.

  18. Automatic timezone update

Automaticall update my timezone if Im on business trip and dont ask me.
To avoid issues I should have an option for default time zone.
So, when Im on trip my existing meetings are updated to new local time and if I create new meeting - its created in my default time zone, but shows time local to current zone in case if i would be still on trip

  20. Reinstate the Go to Date feature in Calendar

I seem to remember there was a Go to Date feature in earlier issues that made searching for historical events much easier. There was also, IIRC, the ability to skip to previous years or even decades by holding down the alt or cmd key when clicking on the month-back and month-forward arrow.
