  1. Room Suggestion List Size

    The suggestions for recipients list doesn’t show the full name. It’s hard to find the conference room that I want.

  2. Add collapsable Room List in calendar view (instead of separate rooms)

    On Windows, users have the option of adding a calendar from Global Address Book. They are able to type the name of a Room List, select it and - boom - they find a collapsable section in the calendar side bar with all meeting rooms listed.

    On Mac there is no such thing. One has to add each calendar one by one by name, and the resulting list is not collapsable in the side bar.

    Please implement this. This is but one example of lack of feature parity between Windows and Mac Outlook client.

  4. Meeting Room Access like in Outlook for Windows

  5. Update booking appointment by inserting non-Teams meeting with plugin

    Appointments created by Bookings do not have the ability to use add-ons to insert video call information generated by Webex or Google Meets. Would love to see those items available as well.

  6. jabber status sync

    since i've had the Mac, my calendar events no longer change my jabber status to busy/on a webex, etc.

  7. Reminder window pulsate when 5 mins out

    When an upcoming event is X minutes out (user gets to set how much time) the event's highlighted line in the reminder window will flash, blink, or pulsate, etc. (again, user gets to decide style of blinking and color).

  8. Show the day of the week as well as the date when viewing and booking appointments

    When booking or viewing an appointment, the date shows in the local short date format. It would be useful to have the day of the week also - for example Friday 14/06/2019, as often the day is a big decider on whether an appointment is possible or not.

  9. Don't remember Category of last Calendar item selected when creating new items

    I use the click and drag method all day, every day to create appointments on my calendar. I also use categories to track important things about these appointments. Outlook is remembering the Category of the last Calendar item I clicked on and using that for any new item I create using click and drag. I can see where this could be useful. For me it causes a lot of issues, as I have to go back and constantly take away categories from new items. Rarely is the new item categorized the same as the last item I clicked on.

  10. Set the reminder time when creating an appointment

    When making an appointment in the new outlook experience, there's no option to control the reminder time, which is something I often change depending on the type of meeting/appointment.

    This is available in the Windows version of Outlook.

  11. show participant when mousing over calendar entry

    When mousing over an calendar entry, the following informations are shown:
    - subject
    - date & time
    - that i am the organisator
    - the place, where the date is
    - and when the alarm comes

    It would be wonderful if, maybe the first 3, participants can be shown as well.

  12. BUG - default to Subject in new Appointment rather than Comment area

    When I double-click on a calendar day to create a new appointment, the current default is to the comment area which means I have to manually click in the Subject to type the name of an event. Please change this so it defaults to typing in the Subject area instead.

  13. Provide rich cards for synced planner items in Outlook calendar

    When syncing your planner items it would be nice to have a rich card displaying the planner information directly within Outlook instead of having to click on the link to interact with the card.
