  3. Add swiping abilities to the calendar views

There are now swiping options for emails including deleting and flagging messages. However there are not any swiping options for navigating around the calendar.

When you are in the day, week, or month view it would be very helpful to be able to swipe left or right to go forward or backwards. For example if you are in the week view if you swipe to the left it would move to the next week. Swiping to the right would go to the previous week. This would work the same for day or month views.

The current process of clicking on…

  4. Pinning calendar peek/tasks peek

I always had a "peek" on the right side of my screen that included two months calendars, up to 7 days of events, and outstanding tasks. I recently moved to Mac and it's gone. Can you please bring this feature on for MAC users

  6. Private appointments should be visible (but not readable) when sharing a calendar.

Private appointments are not displayed at all in shared calendars and displayed as free. On Outlook for Windows, the details of the private appointment are hidden for all but the owner.
    This is unwanted behaviour.

  9. Calendar as a side bar similar to Windows version of Outlook

Windows based Outlook shows the calendar and meeting invites as a side bar/frame. Outlook on MAC is missing this.

  10. Allow multiple reminders for a calendar event.

Allow multiple reminders for a calendar event. in Calendar, when you have an appointment / meeting / item / event (whatever it is) you can only set one reminder alert. it would be nice to be able to set multiple reminders, so you can have an alert let’s say 1 hour out, and another 15 mins out, etc. the snooze function is not sufficient

  11. Allow me to set a meeting subject specific to my calendar

When I receive a meeting invite, the meeting originator does not always choose a subject that is easy to understand at a quick glance. I'd like to be able to set a meeting subject that only affects my view of the meeting. For example, a co-worker may invite me to a meeting with the subject "Call"; I'd like to change that on my calendar to be "Call with John regarding user interface error" and that change is only represented on my calendar (it doesn't affect my co-worker's invitation). Any updates that my co-worker sends to the meeting should keep the…

  12. Dim past days and events in outlook

at the moment, all days and events look exactly the same, regardless if that day/even has passed. By dimming any past days and events, the most relevant and pressing events will be highlighted and easy to recognize.

  15. Enable Subscribed Calendars

Enable the ability to subscribe to web based calendars. For example, I can subscribe to a SharePoint calendar on Outlook 2013 PC but not on Outlook 2016 Mac.

  16. Better disk space utilization

Outlook for Mac 2016 has these problems currently:

    1. There is no way for me to specify where to store my mails

I should have the option of storing the mails in another partition or even an external drive as well. Currently all my IMAP downloaded mails are being stored in home folder which is eating away space for other apps. Outlook for windows has this option.

    1. Better disk cleanup

After i unlink and remove an IMAP account, Outlook does not seem to free up the space. I believe Outlook windows has this option of cleaning up disk space.

  19. Support for Google Calendar sync only without email.

Support for Google Calendar only. Downloading gmail emails is too large for most hard drives. I should be able to sync Google and outlook calendars without having to download my entire gmail emails.

The whole reason I use gmail is so I don't have to store my emails on my laptop.

  20. Option to print Weekly Agenda Style

In the Windows version of Outlook you can select a setting when printing out a work week to, Weekly Agenda Style. It prints out boxes for the days not columns with times. My boss really does not like the columns with times and prefers the boxes. How do we get the Agenda style on Outlook for Mac?
