Calender display to show if all recipients have responded to the meeting request
Often, a meeting is scheduled and the invited parties don't respond. This is only discovered as and when the individuals to not attend the meeting.
It would be awesome if the calender display could indicate in some way or form, whether follow up on attendance is required or not. it could be a status of 'pending' or it could be a colour or it could be some visual. The only way to currently do this is editing the meeting request and viewing who accepted the meeting request or not, in the Scheduling view.1 vote -

The list of suggested adresses helping to create a meeting
In Outlook 2011 was very useful feature: it remembered the information you wrote down in adress field while creating meeting in calendar. So that the next time you start typing the symbols you see the list of the adresses you used earlier. In Outlook 2016 I couldn't find how to activate this feature, cause it doesn't work automatically.

Better interaction for on-object editing/ dragging /deleting of events....
Right now, when i click an event, the popup control negates my ability to drag the start/end time of an event. Bug or feature? Also, do we want to make it easier for users to delete a self gen/solo event? Maybe a way to turn the "are you sure" warnings off, at least for events with no other people to update. -- This gets at a larger questions, how do i easily just 'clear my calendar', without a multiselect?

Please fix how Outlook handles Google Invitations
When you accept a Google invite, Outlook strips out the details and deletes the invite. What you are left with is a calendar appointment without the Google Hangouts details.
Please scan the Google invite and place this detail in the appointment :-)

Limit "Overdue" alerts lookback
When Outlook starts working with a new calendar, it slowly pulls all the events that were ever recorded in the calendar. Obviously, they are very very very long overdue. For instance, I get alerts from 2011. This goes on for weeks if not months of popups asking me to dismiss more and more alerts.
Proposal: have a configuration option to ignore events that are older than a certain threshold. By default, it should be, IMO, not more than a year and better immediate.
Note: since once I have dismissed all the wrong alerts (which, again, takes a lot of time),…

Allow me turn off automatic meetings from emails from the outlook client.
Outlook has an inbuilt scanning feature which allows it to find out if you have an invite to email, a flight ticket, hotel reservations, package delivery and allows Outlook Calendar to automatically create calendar entries. I get multiple flight and travel emails for the same event and I will get 4 or more duplicate calendar items. I cannot turn it off in my client and don't have access to OWA where this is supposedly where you can turn off. Add a configuration item in the clients (Mac too please).

My calendar is always the first
I want my calendar was always on the left. 2016 Outlook in the order of display of calendars is assigned depending on whose calendar in the first place. It is not convenient. As a bonus, you can make it possible to move the mouse calendars by specifying the sequence itself, but by default, your calendar should be the first.

Completely opt out of "Birthdays" calendars
I have absolutely no need to the see the "Birthdays" calendar associated to the people who share their calendars with me. I'd like the option to have the completely hidden, so that there are fewer clicks & less noise associated to viewing a colleague's calendar. If I had the option to make Outlook for Mac's shared calendars worked the same way that as the shared calendars in outlook.office.com, I'd be ecstatic.

When opening calendar, the focus should show current time.
Currently when opening the calendar, the focus is on a time range which starts several hours from now. I want to see what is happening now.

Make calendar events sent by others adjustable from recipients end
Previously, I was able to adjust a calendar invite that I did not send myself. I recently updated my software and now I'm unable to do so. I HIGHLY suggest to you reinstall the ability to edit calendar invites that a person doesn't "own." Often, items read "Invitation:" at the beginning which gets confusing due to the truncated nature of the calendar viewing. Please bring this back!!!
