Not display the date of appointments in calendar month view, for it is redundant and prevents the full names of appointments being displayed
Not display the date of each appointment in the calendar month view, for it is redundant and prevents the full names of appointments being displayed. The date of each appointment is adequately given by its position in the grid on the calendar.

Calendar Online Archive
Calendar Online Archive to have parity with what is available to Outlook 2013 for PC clients. We have a 150 day retention policy in place, most of our C-Class Executives, President's, and VP's or on Mac's and are desperately asking for Calendar Archive for planning purposes.

Better performance for displaying other calendars.
Better performance for displaying other calendars. The functionality to view in other calendar is available. But Windows does it 10 times faster and the Mac Outlook is partially ceased to operate or individual elements appear after several minutes. (In the worst case scenario you get the appointment then already posted!)

Allow linking between Appointments and People's Contact without invitation
Allow the possibility to link appointments from the calendar to people's contact without having to invite them to a meeting as in Outlook for Windows existent for years. You would expect that Outlook 2016 being the first real improvement of Outlook for Mac since 5 years would gradually become more similar to the Office version for Windows, but instead it still misses the functionality of the later in many areas and looks as ****** as before - despite the desperate seemingly attempt to introduce a more colorful design.

Add ability to configure working hours like you can for Windows
In Outlook for Windows you can set you working hours so that those scheduling meetings on your calendar know when you are generally available. I have not found this configuration in Outlook for Mac

print
Correct landscape print feature for month view calendar. When trying to print out a monthly calendar, and changing to landscape view, the 'header' area correctly extends width-wise to fill the landscape page vs. the portrait width. However, the 'data' area (the actual days and entries in those days) remains constrained to the portrait width. The only way to print a (readable) landscape calendar appears to be with a screen grab print..

Web calendar
Would like to have the ability to add external, web (.ICS) calendars in Outlook calendar. For example, I use TripIt as one of my calendars, they provide a webcal/caldav link that would allow me to see my travel calendar from Outlook (this is supported in the PC version) but 2016 still does not support that. Please consider it, it is not very hard but makes life SO much easier.

Shade current day in the calendar view for clarity
The week at a glance view in the Calendar only indicates the current day in the top (where the day and date is highlighted in blue). It would be a lot faster to view/grasp if "today" (the current day) was shaded a different color than the other days.

Support dragging events accepted from a third party between calendar accounts
When a calendar event is received and accepted on one account, it cannot be dragged to a calendar on another account. The PC version of Outlook supports this function.

Add the ability to set a reminder at a specific date and time for a whole calendar...
...and not only x minutes/hours before appointment.
I have a separate calendar with custom recuring all day appointments. I want to be able to get a notification/reminder for every appointment on 9am one day before the appointment occur.
The current way is to set the reminder to 11 hours for every appointment which is a lot of work if you get an .ics file with many appointments. It would be very useful if you can set it on the calendar as a defaultvalue instead of the appointment itself. At least it should be possible to multiselect appointments and set a…

Automatically suggest potential meeting time slots that all attendees can make
Old title - Add the ability to suggest a new time for a conference.

Time to leave
Add "Time to Leave" as alert option for appointments.
Using current location -> location of invite similar to how the iPhone does it. We understand this may require upstream changes to Office 365 unless it currently supports it.

Attachments
I wish there was a way to search through meetings for everything with an attachment of a certain size. My IT dept puts mailbox limits and having 4 years of attachments sitting in calendar meetings is killing me.

Allow to scroll the calendar (month view) using the mouse wheel
Like in Outlook for PC or Apple Calendar it is possible to gradually scroll through time by just using the mouse-scroll-wheel.
On the Outlook Mac version you can only jump back and forth month by month and only via the buttons in the upper left corner.603 votes -
Allow delegates to create Online Meetings on behalf of
Currently delegates cannot create a Lync (or Skype for Business) Online Meeting on behalf of their manager/principal/delegator. They can create a meeting on behalf of, just not an online meeting on behalf of (see link below).
Please add that function as many of our admins are left out in the cold!!!
