  1. Allow editing of calendar invitation titles from other people

Previously, when receiving a calendar invite, I could rename the invite so that it was easy for me to quickly see what client was involved with the meeting. Now I am unable to edit the titles, and all of my meetings have similar titles (like GoToMeeting) requiring me to individually click into every calendar invite to see what the real subject of the meeting is.

When contacting support I was told the ability to change calendar invite titles was marked as a "bug" by developers and removed intentionally, but it's made my life miserable to have to constantly open every…

  5. Sync with corporate Exchange network (like Windows)

Outlook for Mac is still failry useless for Apple/Mac users until it can fully sync with calendars in an Exchange network. Thank goodness for OWA, which provides full functionality. WHEN will MS make Outlook for Mac OS and iOS the same as it does for Windowsusers?

  6. Completely get rid of (or retire) the .ics

Please consider to completely retire .ics system. It's just adding a lot of steps to download the .ics file so that Outlook calendar can recognize the event. Try to streamline this process just like Google Calendar. Thanks!

  10. "Outlook for Mac does not currently support adding holidays to calendars." ?!?!

Where could I even begin to intimate how absurd this is. Holidays can not be added to calenders? That is complete madness. It doesn't even make sense, how can you even plan ahead if you dont know when all the holidays are? Why would you limit this tool like that? Total madness.

  12. Forward a meeting without host or other invitees seeing the new invitee

I'm a consultant and work with several clients. My clients require me to have an email address and calendar on their domain. Some clients even require me to use their hardware, which makes it impossible to integrate or combine calendars. In my attempt to control chaos, I maintain a separate "master calendar" that includes every meeting I'm invited to across all clients. Maintaining this calendar currently requires me to manually add a meeting every time a client invites to a meeting using their own email/calendar domain.

I would like to be able to forward emails to my master calendar, but…

  13. Open installed onenote application instead of onenote in browser

First off, thank you for getting one note integrated into Outlook, albeit in a not-so-perfect manner

Currently, when you open onenote notes from a meeting, outlook prompts for opening one note and when the user selects, it opens out one note in the browser, even when onenote application is already installed.

Can we modify the behavior to open the one note application directly, if it is already installed?

  14. Arrows in the calendar view to show there are meetings that cannot fit in the hours displayed

In the calendar view, to make entries readable you can display maybe 10 hours of the day. As organizations today span the globe, we often have meetings outside our "daytime" hours. An arrow at the top or bottom of each days hour listing to indicate there are meetings on this day that are not currently displayed would remind us we have another meeting to attend.

  18. Print calendar in dark mode with black type

Currently when printing a calendar in dark mode, the type is reversed and doesn't appear on the print. Please correct so that printing in dark mode provides a color print out but with black type on white (or color).

  19. When I see calendar entries for the week, the width of current day should be increased compared to other days.

Then I see calendar entries for the week, the width of current day should be increased compared to other days.
    This helps in 2 ways
    1) focuses on current day
    2) Increases width on the most widely used entry.

Another option would be to allow the user to modify/save the width per day.

  20. Use a slightly darker color for the time tick mark labels for additional timezones in the calendar

When both a local and additional timezones are displayed in the calendar, the additional timezone time can easily be mistaken for the local timezone, probably because we read from left to right?) This happens to me enough times that I feel that having the additional timezone tick mark labels displayed in a slightly darker color than the local timezone tick mark labels would be of great help to avoid mistaking the additional timezone time for the local time.
