    • Folder management design flaw on mobile

      Outlook.com has the following problems when accessed via Outlook app (Android) or Chrome (Android).

      1. Newly created folders are not created in the selected folder but are created in the root folder.

      2. Folders created in the wrong location cannot be moved or deleted. There is no interface for doing so.

      3. Switching Chrome setting to use desktop website to expose more features to overcome this limitation does not work. Outlook.com gets stuck in an infinite loop of loading and reloading the site when this setting is enabled, so the desktop version of the site cannot be accessed in Chrome…

      • logout does not work only reloads inbox

        Every time I try to log out of outlook mail it reloads my inbox and signs me back in. This is very frustrating and I am unable to properly sign out of my email which does not make me feel like this is at all secure.
        I would appreciate any feedback you could give to fix this problem.

        • Make it a lot simpler to change password!!!

          Went to change my password via mobile phone as I do that every now and then for security. Had to answer a million questions (which I ended up not doing as it was taking too long and it seemed a bit odd to be getting asked ALL my personal information) then needed to change mobile number - apparently it takes a month to do this!! All I wanted to do was change my password!! Make it easier please!

            • Please fix the spam filter

              For the longest time, a large amount of the emails from the mailing lists that I subscribe to, end up in the spam folder. This is even after I have added the email addresses to my contact list.

              There should be a "Add to whitelist" button next to the email for an easy fix when browsing through the spam folder. Apparently clicking on "This is not spam" doesn't help, since I've done this countless of times for the same email addresses without fixing the issue. Also, it seems quite random, as sometimes and email gets through and sometimes not.

                When I delete messages I want to delete all at o e time I'm tired of have to scroll thur the hold list.

                    Ways to actually get intouch with someone from ur team online i had my account recovered even though ive used it for years and even have my finger print to open messenger no i have lost very important documents with my solicitor and socail workers about mt children ... absolutly disgusted as i have tried and tried ahain go recover but u use a stupid automatic response

                      Please add search option "Last 30 Days" and "Last 60 days" even. Last month does not work well at beginning of each month.

                      • Option to keep few words, numbers or sentences masked inside the body of a mail

                        Having an option to mask a few words, numbers or sentences by using an right click option in the mail of the body.

                        Example.

                        An amount of $ has been credited to your account No. . on.
                        The body of the mail will not show the numbers until the user does a right click and clicks show{or something similar from the toolbar- hide,unhide values}. This will have to be done every time the user wants to see the values.

                        Its helps in accidental view of classified or confidential data when the user opens the mail with people around.

                          Apple phishing scam!! I do not use anything Apple yet I get multiple Apple account phishing scams daily. I report them all, get told thanks for helping to keep mine and everyone else's information safe, YET THEY KEEP COMING!!! Please get rid of this stuff Outlook!!

                                Someone has been using my mail while I was "gone" (using gmail) and now all my contacts and old mails are gone. I can't log on to MySpace anymore. Tuttifrutti89@hotmail.com was my first emai I got when I was 8years. Many memories are just gone now. I have changed my password but I am not sure this will stop the person. The password was changed by the person who hackt my mail and I thinl she/he is deleting her mails that she gets on my mail.

                                • Attachments Filtering

                                  Please add "Attachments" to the Filter dropdown. We'd like an easy way to see only those emails with attachments. Currently we only have "Sort By Attachments" which shows all emails sorted by with or without attachment.

                                      • Multi Calendar sync like google's selectsync to help sync with native android

                                        I have talked with Microsoft support and Outlook App for Android Support and they both say that I need to report this issue of not all calendars being available from outlook account to Outlook.com. Google's selectsync allows mutliple google calendars from one google account to be symchronised with third party applications like Calendar UWP for Windows 10. Why are not all my Outlook Calendars from my one Outlook account not showing up in native android sync???
