        Hello,
        I have junk filter set to Exclusive, and no entries in my Safe senders and Safe mailing lists. I also have Block attachments, pictures, etc... from senders not in my sender list selected.
        Yes, ALL my email goes to Junk. Could not be happier about it.

        BUT - there are email senders (like ebay or citibank) that Outlook considers 'trusted', and displays remote content of such emails, obviously confirming to the sender that I have opened their email. I am not very happy about it, so why is that, or where is the setting to make that work as…

        • I'm old don't like change much. But Hotmail was my first email account and still love it you've got the calendar other email doesn't have.

          I like it the way it is please don't change it too much! Like I said I'm old and don't like change but love that Hotmail or Outlook whichever it's called has the calendar and other great things that most emails just don't have. It does a decent job if filtering out the spam and if I get a scam email I'm old enough to recognize it. So I forward on to our state attorneys office let them look into it. Keep up the good work I'm sure it's not easy!! It was my first email and still the one…

          • Why can't I block users from continually sending me spam

            A means to block certain emails from been delivered to you such as from advertising agencies or sites that have gotten my email and are filling me inbox with spam.

              • Does MS ever act on emails flagged phishing or is it simply a flag to give users a feeling they have done something.

                MS provide feedback as to whether "phishing" scams have been busted and "phishing" from the likes of Amazon or FedX be forwarded to their IT investigators.

                • Easy to remove, arrange and add folders on mobile app.

                  I can't believe this day in age I cannot delete, create or arrange my folders on mobile app or desktop mobile function.. I have several folders that need deleted and have to start up my old 2010 netbook that has xp on it to do so!! Grrr come on Microsoft get with it!

                      For Junk email, please enable "delete all" on mobile side. You have this on Clutter side for mobile.

                        Should be an option on the mobile app to empty spam, junk and trash. It takes too much time to have to select them 1 by 1 or swipe 1 by 1.

                                  • So I’m not receiving my verification emails or even an email I’ve sent from another about why is this?

                                    So I think my school deleted my old email address but I can still log into and send emails but I can’t receive them. I can’t verify my account the email is associated with so I can finally not even use my school email anymore.

                                    • Let me delete default folders

                                      I would like to have the option to delete (or hide) via menus the various default folders. These include "Conversation History", "Archive", "RSS Subscriptions", etc. I will never use them, but I do use many other folders, and I'd like to keep my list pared down to just the folders I use rather than the ones Microsoft wants to force me to look at.
