    I went to general options and then keyboard shortcuts and chose outlook.com, this helps be move to the next email using CTRL-.

    But when I want to use CTRL-. again to move to the next email I must first click anywhere on the email I'm looking at to be able to use CTRL-. again. Can we remove this mouse click before moving to the next email using the keyboard shortcut.

      Dear Idiots, When you search for an item using the search box in the new updated outlook web client, you can't remove the stupid filter. All you can do is refresh the page manually to remove search filters. How old are your devs? 12?

        The new design looks nice. Unfortunately it still works ******. I can't send any emails; they just stay in the Draft folder no matter how many times I try.

          The new format of Hotmail/Outlook is certainly attractive. It's too bad it's also very inconvenient. I can no longer see every email I have in every box! I have to open a new window to see it or scroll down to see a smaller version of it and I no longer have the option to choose whether it is safe to open it or if I just want to look at it (and you never tell me if opening the new window is actually opening the email or not!). I think it may finally be time (after almost 25 years…

            Hello,
            Can someone please help?
            I cannot access any of my attachments. Even if the email header says there is an attachment they are not shown inside the e-mail. I have to forward my e-mails to my google account in order to be possible to check my attachments.

              all my emails are gone !!!

              Cant check all the items in deleted items to undelete, besides everyutime I click outside the box, everything that is checked gets unchecked

              I cant loose al my emails, please help

                  next suggestion

                  after marking e-mails as read, it now clears the check boxes. e-mail selected should stay selected so messages can be deleted after marking as read.

                      I am about to renew my Outlook Premium account I have a couple of major issues that I would like resolved. Yes I am getting the latest revision of outlook. most of it is quite nice.

                      The time is incorrect on the mails /inbox.
                      In the past I could type a letter and the first word of sentence was capitalized. How to return this feature?
                      I want the mail font to permanently be in 12. It resets to 8 , i have to set it each time???
                      Why is this grey font color used so much, one cannot read it…

                        I hate this new email, I can't even see the type, it doesn't show the new emails. I have missed some important things because I can't see them.
                        Would YOU PLEASE change it back or do I have to go somewhere else...

                          I use hotmail/outlook on my desktop ONLY.... how can I set the display to for DESKTOP? I get an error message "sorry we can't do this right now" what?

                          The messages I select to open are slow... and some don't open at all.. what the heck is going on? I suggest you don't launch something until you know it will work! As it stands now the user interface is ridiculously annoying!!!

                          You gave us no heads up or preparation for these MAJOR changes to our user experience.... seriously?

                            I don't like opening an email and having it pop up in a new window. Can you add an option to read the email in the same window I open it in like I used to do?

                                When deleting a message from a mailbox, the list of messages jumps up by one message and then back down. In other words, if you delete the 5th message, the first message disappears, message 2 becomes the first visible and all subsequent messsages move up to follow; then the original first message comes back down and pushes the other messages back down to their original position, except for the messages following the 5th message, which, of course, are each now moved up by one position.

                                  Skype is not connecting, I get a "Please sign in to get started" message. My main account email account is the same as my skype account; both skype preview app and skype desktop app are signed in and working. The skype box on outlook does not have a sign in button.

                                          I NEED TO BE ABLE TO SEE ALL MY CALENDAR EVENTS FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK.
