    I am having a problem coming to work over the weekend and my inbox having 1000's of messages and I'm having to delete them just a few at a time and then the same with the deleted folder... How can I clear the whole list but the ones that I select??

    Can we make the calendar so as to see each and every appointment instead of numbers .?
    When I have more the one date per day, i have to open the calendar. It used to be I could see all my dates in one day

    .......... really getting tired of your crapmenship...

    Ok so first off, the UI does NOT refresh consistently when doing things like, oh I don't know... opening an email say... or scrolling up and down the list of emails.

    secondly. I used to be able to right click on an email, set up a move rule right there and then. not anymore though because "IF it ain't broke, fix it till it is!" Right Micro$osft ?

    thirdly, when doing a search, you cannot do a select all and delete all. not sure why when HOTMAIL used to be able to do…

    I've been using Hotmail for more then 15 years and the recent changes you made are driving me mad.
    The pages take a long time to open, i have to write the complete adresses to my contacts because the moment i click on a contact the box closes.
    The focused and other options on the page is useless and take forever to open... when they open at all!
    My wife is using the french version ans is having all sorts of problems too!!!
    I truly hope you can fix the problems soon !

    Search results have no options apart from to open or to individually delete. Why is the tool bar not visible? This option used to be available before the upgrade a few months ago - there was a little box that when checked, checked all emails and then they could be moved around all at once.

    I am so very happy that search has been returned to the calendar. I had to change to Gmail some years ago because of lack of calendar search. Planning to switch back to outlook as my main email again!

    When I open an email from Apple Mail on my iPhone the new outlook only 'opens' 85% of them, every so often a few emails which are opened on the phone are not marked as unread on the online platform. This only happened after you changed outlook online and was never an issue previously.

    I've tried looking at the instructions to "reconnect" my account over and over and I WILL NOT delete my Outlook account from Outlook 2016. IF I DO ALL MY THINGS WILL BE DELETED- WHY WOULD I DO THIS WHEN I PAY FOR THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

    I want clean directions on how to "reconnect" THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY CREATION OF A NEW PROFILE OR DELETING WHAT I HAVE. The directions given ARE NOT clear in any way and I'm not a stupid person but rather techy. God help the grandma's out there trying to follow this.

    1. Takes far too long to review emails. Much prefer old system where I reviewed a full page showing subject and sender only, selected the junk and deleted them all in one operation.


    2. Why do you no longer clear the junk folder? Mine currently holds 312 messages and will just add more until I delete them, one by one, myself.


    3. There are approximately 40 junk ernails that appear over and over, often several times in one day. Trust me when I say a ninety year old woman is not interested in male (or female) enhancement; dating services; or hot Asian girls.…

    Your Junk Email filtering is WAY too aggressive. Please scale it back or allow me the option of disabling it! (No, I do not wish to populate a "safe senders" list. Just leave all the messages in the Inbox and I'll deal with them there.)

    Fix the print issue within outlook. There are many of us who have to forward our email to another
    email address just to print out an email.

    Your latest changes like Focus & Other in the inbox and adding a group heading for emails, has made it worse , not better to read emails. You "fixed" something that wasn't broken

    You need to find a way to filier out the **** emails I am gettiing. As soon as a Flag them, the wedsite changes and they keep coming...

    Also make it easyer for people to say there is a problem.

    I cannot make certain changed like edit every email address or user name that I have applied to it. Then upon deletion it will still come back in some groups even where it is not shown! I need to be able to edit each entry. I also need to know that when I delete something it is GONE!

    Printing any e-mails on this new Outlook Mail is very slow and many times (like right now) does not open the print box.

    The old Hotmail was a whole lot quicker and easier.

    Can you change the way the e-mails are printed to the way it was with Hotmail.

    Because of some "********" company selling my e-mail address, I am now receiving numerous unwanted e-mails. As far as I can tell, any e-mail with the word "Random" in their address cannot be blocked. Thus I continue to receive them, sometimes several times a day.

    Outlook needs to find a way for me to block all unwanted mailings but especially those with "random" in the address. Overall, Outlook does not do well with the Block feature. Even address that I do put a Block on find their way back into my Junk Email box. A more efficient solution is needed.
