    Hey, I have run into multiple cases where my mail could not be delivered. This is really annoying and I will have to double confirm with the other side on every mail I send to them!!! Could you please help to identify the issue please. Thanks

    Printing any e-mails on this new Outlook Mail is very slow and many times (like right now) does not open the print box.

    The old Hotmail was a whole lot quicker and easier.

    Can you change the way the e-mails are printed to the way it was with Hotmail.

    Because of some "********" company selling my e-mail address, I am now receiving numerous unwanted e-mails. As far as I can tell, any e-mail with the word "Random" in their address cannot be blocked. Thus I continue to receive them, sometimes several times a day.

    Outlook needs to find a way for me to block all unwanted mailings but especially those with "random" in the address. Overall, Outlook does not do well with the Block feature. Even address that I do put a Block on find their way back into my Junk Email box. A more efficient solution is needed.

    Outlook.com has a bug which can be repro'ed using the following steps:
    - Click on the Inbox folder
    - Set filter from the top left corner to "Unread"
    - Click on any email that is unread

    Bug: Notice that the email does not get set as "Read". This only happens when the filter is set to "Unread".

    You are complete morons for the way you made this work .What a complete piece of garbage .How **** complicated can you make a simple task of attaching something to an email? Take your freaking one drive sky drive and all your freaking drives and stick them where the sun dont shine .Useless morons !

    Why is outlook not putting obvious junk mail in the junk mail folder? Someone I know was hacked from yahoo and now I get junk mail, but it never goes to the junk mail folder. I have my settings on "standard" junk mail gets moved, but it never does. I logged out and then a few minutes logged in and there was 6 junk mail in my regular inbox. It's been like this for a couple months. I thought when I check the boxes and then click "junk mail" to move them there that outlook would learn what is junk…

    In Web Outlook Mail email when clicking on the "email this article link" want to open Outlook on the system and do not just open a new message in the Web version that is open.

    When I need to move message from one folder to another I want all the folders shown. Now I have no idea where the hidden ones are and I need to click on every upward arrow to find the folder I need. Please return it to the original menu. Thank you, Lucia Vassallo

    Is there a way that we would be able to get information back after we report a phishing scam or what we think is a phishing scam. I ask this because often when I send things in I never know if that's what they are or if I am adding unnecessary work to whomever looks at these things or if I am correct to continue doing what I am doing.     when I type emails in outlook.com using Edge browser, my first words in sentences are not automatically changed to capitals. only the letter I is changed automatically from small to capital and some spellings are highlighted in red, but not all. is there a setting to change this? there are many forums/sites on web saying that outlook.com has no built-in spell checker. this is important. please add this to outlook.com. as you can see there is no automatic spell checker in edge itself either, as I am typing this message in Edge browser in the help panel in outlook.com.     1) All of my folders and sub folders used to be sorted.
    2) I also could move folders above others.

    Both were taken away with upgrade.

    Please find a way to allow users block these Junk Emails with <info something something> addresses I do not know how to trace original addresses and block those. Many junk emails seem to have these prefixes now. I report them as phishing but that does not stop them from sending them to me.

    Real problem with all my outlook accounts where the focused/other box does not show and it causes a lot of problems. Have to keep reclogging into accounts to see the focused and other versions, usually the "other" email cannot be seen on the inbox. No icon appears on the top when you open the email. Please do away with the focused and" other" because it hides the other emails. It is a real hassle. Printing is very difficult on this email.     I DID NOT LIKE THE CHANGE IN DISPLAY FORMAT AT ALL.
    FOUND IT VERY INCONVENIENT TO FIND THE UNREAD MAILS
    CAN NOT SEE ALL MAILS SERIALY.
    I GET IRRITATED WHEN I SEE THE SCREEN AND FEEL LIKE CLOSING
    MY HOTMAIL ACCOUNT.
    PREVIOUSE FORMATE WAS COMPARATIVELY BETTER THAN THIS.
    UNDER THE NAME OF MODERNISATION READING THE MAILS HAVE BECAME
    VERY COMPLICATED.
    IF THE FORMAT IS NOT CHANGED I WILL HAVE TO CLOSE MY HOTMAIL ACCOUNT.

    Allow users greater freedom to adjust junk mail filtering. Currently they are way too strict as I missed a job interview because the email, from a very reputable academic institution (Oregon Health Sciences University) was flagged as spam. I recently had another important email get sent to the junk folder as well. If I'm going to have to check junk everyday I'll just go back to my Gmail account where the filtering is less strict.
