I have over 3000 emails in my inbox and when searching for a specific email I have to scroll down and search individually. Could we not have an organiser button or something so we can reorder our inbox according to most recent or oldest or emails with attachments first? Because I'm sick of having to scroll for half hour or more just to find an email.6 votes
add the possibility to search a contact with a part of their email address kinda like this :
useful when company secondary email is in the format email@example.com votes
We can search for emails with a category but we cannot search for emails that do not have a category.
I reorganized 7 years of emails and I accidentally archived an email that didn't have a category. Now I can't find it because I don't remember what it was.
Also, this helps us keep our emails organized in our archive by allowing us to identify uncategorized stuff.6 votes

In the outlook 365 windows client the old "search with bing" has been replaced with "smart lookup".
I would like to add a source or create a custom query via smart lookup.
We use jira for ticket management, and when an email contains TKT-1234 i want to be able to launch a query http://<ourjiraserver>.com:8080/browse/%s
%s being replaced with the search content (TKT-1234).
This is similar to custom search engines in chrome or bookmarks firefox.6 votes
