    • Get rid of 2 step verification

      I have a separate email for my Xbox account that I don’t know the password too I can’t log into because of the stupid 2 step verification is an email and phone number I have the email but I don’t have that same phone number anymore and if I try getting around it I have to wait 30 days to get into my own account !?!?!?!?!?!?!?

          • Email resetting password

            I want to reset an account that I created using the recommended strong password from iPhone, which is not saved as I expected in iCloud Keychain and I don’t remember the password. Is it possible to do it?

                • Reinstalling the Block feature.

                  This email is concerning the changing of blocking emails and domains from entering my junk mail.

                  I explained that I was upset that you changed a WELL USED FUNCTION without so much as a notice! That is just rude!

                  WHY???

                  Can it you reinstall the BLOCK feature???

                  Block should mean block! If the block feature has bean reduced to delete only....you should at least label it as such! This is a false sense of security that has wasted a lot of time on my part!

                      • Emails from Microsoft Outlook to update my account because they do not have permission to post emails from an old email address I removed.

                        Microsoft stop sending emails to update my account because you don’t have permission to post emails to my email account from an old email address. I removed that old email address from my account years ago. There is nothing I can do at my end at this point. The problem is with Microsoft! Stop bugging me with these emails multiple times daily!

                          • Hello...5 emails are not enough per day. I was used to 60 or more.

                            Many more emails...not just 5.
                            I can't use outlook if it is limited like this.
                            I never have heard of such a limit.
                            My Hotmail account seemed unlimited.
                            I'm disappointed.

                            • Forcing to add a phone number to "verify" is NOT OK

                              Why am I forced to add my personal mobile number in an account under the excuse that is for verifying purposes, I must not be obligated to hand out information I do not want to. There must be a different way to verify that I am not a "Spammer" which certainly I am not.

                              It reached to the ridiculous point, I want to keep my privacy and now everywhere they force you to add personal information so I can be traced by marking emails and real spammers

                              • How do I delete additional email address that is not being used?

                                A long time ago I added another email address to my email because I didn’t want my daughter to have her own email.                                       Can anyone tell me how to retrieve old emails from my account. Emails from 6 mo this to a year ago are missing and I really need them! I tried putting them in a new folder but they are missing from that too!
