    • Get rid of 2 step verification

      I have a separate email for my Xbox account that I don’t know the password too I can’t log into because of the stupid 2 step verification is an email and phone number I have the email but I don’t have that same phone number anymore and if I try getting around it I have to wait 30 days to get into my own account !?!?!?!?!?!?!?

          • Email resetting password

            I want to reset an account that I created using the recommended strong password from iPhone, which is not saved as I expected in iCloud Keychain and I don’t remember the password. Is it possible to do it?

                • Reinstalling the Block feature.

                  This email is concerning the changing of blocking emails and domains from entering my junk mail.

                  I explained that I was upset that you changed a WELL USED FUNCTION without so much as a notice! That is just rude!

                  WHY???

                  Can it you reinstall the BLOCK feature???

                  Block should mean block! If the block feature has bean reduced to delete only....you should at least label it as such! This is a false sense of security that has wasted a lot of time on my part!

                  • Does MS ever act on emails flagged phishing or is it simply a flag to give users a feeling they have done something.

                    MS provide feedback as to whether "phishing" scams have been busted and "phishing" from the likes of Amazon or FedX be forwarded to their IT investigators.

                            • Folder management design flaw on mobile

                              Outlook.com has the following problems when accessed via Outlook app (Android) or Chrome (Android).

                              1. Newly created folders are not created in the selected folder but are created in the root folder.

                              2. Folders created in the wrong location cannot be moved or deleted. There is no interface for doing so.

                              3. Switching Chrome setting to use desktop website to expose more features to overcome this limitation does not work. Outlook.com gets stuck in an infinite loop of loading and reloading the site when this setting is enabled, so the desktop version of the site cannot be accessed in Chrome…

                                Having an option to mask a few words, numbers or sentences by using an right click option in the mail of the body.

                                Example.

                                An amount of $ has been credited to your account No. . on.
                                The body of the mail will not show the numbers until the user does a right click and clicks show{or something similar from the toolbar- hide,unhide values}. This will have to be done every time the user wants to see the values.

                                Its helps in accidental view of classified or confidential data when the user opens the mail with people around.

                                  Please add "Attachments" to the Filter dropdown. We'd like an easy way to see only those emails with attachments. Currently we only have "Sort By Attachments" which shows all emails sorted by with or without attachment.

                                  • Emails from Microsoft Outlook to update my account because they do not have permission to post emails from an old email address I removed.

                                    Microsoft stop sending emails to update my account because you don’t have permission to post emails to my email account from an old email address. I removed that old email address from my account years ago. There is nothing I can do at my end at this point. The problem is with Microsoft! Stop bugging me with these emails multiple times daily!

                                        I can't use outlook if it is limited like this.

                                        • Forcing to add a phone number to "verify" is NOT OK

                                          Why am I forced to add my personal mobile number in an account under the excuse that is for verifying purposes, I must not be obligated to hand out information I do not want to. There must be a different way to verify that I am not a "Spammer" which certainly I am not.

                                          It reached to the ridiculous point, I want to keep my privacy and now everywhere they force you to add personal information so I can be traced by marking emails and real spammers
