Junk Mail Correction
I had issues with my junk mail on my outlook account. I was only receiving one or two junk mails a day and they would delete themselves the same day. I explained this to the Microsoft support team and all they were ever able to do was suggest me to use the ‘recovery add in’ tool to recover any missed emails. It was also suggested to save the email addresses as a ‘safe sender’ but there was no particular email address that was an issue it was my junk function as a whole. Luckily my junk mail has started to fill back up again so the problem appears to be resolved itself. I suggest that Microsoft support have more access to tools and systems to assist people with any issue they experience with junk mail.
