I cant get emails from t-online-accounts! That is not o.k. - I need help

In the last weeks I haven‘t received E-Mails from two different T-Online-Accounts. Both persons told me they were informed about a problem with delivering their mail to me. Apart from that, I haven‘t noticed any problems. My Mail reaches them, I just don‘t get the answers. Both contacts are known and we have used the exact same accounts and Never had any problems for years. Could this be an Outlook-Problem? Has anyone else experienced that?
