Allow "Unblock account" to use backup email not just SMS
I can reset my password using the backup email I gave you, but you won't use it to unblock my account, you only accept SMS. I don't have SMS. Please allow the backup email on file to be used for account unblock as well as password resets. Also, "Contact Support" requires sign in, which you can't do if your account is blocked, please allow that from the registered backup email as well.
And/or ask us for the security Q and A we set up when we set up our accounts.
Stop asking for email I sent to whom when I haven't sent email from the account for years.
why does the account recovery page not have a space to input out 25 digit account recovery code?
