It’s almost unfathomable that every suggestive post on here is calling for a way to communicate directly with you (theses are your actual users and costumers) and yet you seem unmoved or at the very best apathetic to these problems. Your suggestion to resolve our issues is to offer us a place to post “ideas” (we all only want one thing, which you are ignoring); and to give us a ridiculous, useless, virtual interface that talks in circles and glitches when you need to talk to an actual human.
