Proper wildcard search in global address list (GAL) - middle and end
Allow users to search their address book under the advanced find using wildcards.
Prefix wildcard searches (cat) or substring wildcard searches (cat) need to be supported. Not just ONLY those that being with set text (cat) which is supported.

Hi how do I download the lastest application includiit with my contacts?
Also how do I delete contacts from my list?
Need a way to synchronize the information in my Outlook local contacts with the latest from the global address book.
Outlook offers the opportunity to do it individually for each of the people in my contact list. It is, however, it is not practical with over a thousand contacts.
Outlook Social Connected used to do this I have many contacts with the Notes field with records of all the changes that were made to the contact over time). With people changing assignments / locations, the information in my local address book is quite out of date.
It would also be great if, as part of the process, it detected people that have left the company (no longer in GAL) and deleted the email (or, at least, add a comment on the Notes field that said person has left the company).
If there are tools (or macros) that already meet this need, I will be happy to try it. / them.
