I need help to login to an old account so I can get my old facebook back.
Hello. My name is Stephen Hosegood. I have been locked out of my Facebook account for nearly 4 years. My email address associated with the account is: firstname.lastname@example.org
My ex girlfriend had my login/security info and she changed my password and security questions so I wouldn't be able to get in to the account. She did this to hurt me as there are many pictures of my children on there which I can not replace. My ex has made it very difficult for me to see my children and is using them as leverage to hurt me. These pictures are all I have of my children. I miss them so much. I haven't used the email account for years. Can somebody help me access my old email? Maybe delete the account so I could create a new one with the old address? There must be some way to see that the account hasn't been used for years. I have identification. I can prove I am who I say I am. I tried doing it the way it prompts you to do but, the account is so old, I can't remember some of the information fields like the last four digits of my old credit card, email addresses of my old contacts, and some other ones. I can go through and talk with someone to see if I can answer enough questions to verify my identity. Perhaps I could submit a photo of myself with my government photo identification and a verification code. I really really hope that someone is able to help me with this. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
