All the incoming mails go directly to the junk mailbox why?please help how to sort out this issue

This issue is ongoing well over a year now and yet your engineering staff are unable to resolve it? I have gone through the support route and still have the issue. Your support team had me do the same things several times and still the same issue as described here! Get me in touch with a manager or someone who will get things! Simply put hire better engineers and a high quality QA team! Still have this issue and only has gotten worse for well over a year now!
Why would it ever change 🤷♂️
