Make recovering your account easier when locked out. I was recently locked out of my account after I tried to log in overseas. I was trying to chase up my sons lost luggage was unable to recover my account no matter how much information I provided. I have now had to set up a new account and change my details for literally everything in my life as it is all linked to my email account. It has been time consuming and stressful. I also now have emails with photos etc... that I’ll never be able to recover. So thanks very much for that. Disgusted by your processes.
