Outlook AI is invading my privacy

Outlook is reading my emails and creating events in my calendar without my permission. Why? How do I stop this?

I also came to this page to say the exact same thing. Overnight I started getting emails from Outlook saying a bill is due tomorrow. First, I paid it 2 weeks ago. Second, I freaked out because at quick glance it looked like it was from my credit card company.
When I opened the email, there is a tiny link down bottom that said something like change how events are added and then i clicked a box that said don't add events. Give that a try if you can find the email. Hopefully that will keep it from happening again. However I can't find a way to delete the 6 events outlook added to my calendar overnight. The only instructions I see are for desktop and I'm all mobile.
