Birth date Sync is not correct

When I enter the Birth date for a contact in a web page it becomes a few days different on my synchronized iOS device.

Please fix it!

The Calendar is good, its your Birthday calendar, that sucks, I enter birth dates and the next year the calendar advances it by 1 to 4 days after the occurrence. Don't know how you have it set up but its time to fix it, its frustrating.

Another area of concern, seems that at random, the birthday calendar adds birthdays from some contacts in my contact list....STOP that, many of my contacts are just that, I don't want their birthday showing up on my calendar, they are not important to me, I want to make that decision.
