Efficiently add contact info when adding contact from an email messaage
When adding a new contact by right clicking on an email address in a message it would be helpful if there was a way for the full contact editing window to open up so their title, company, mobile number, office number, etc. could easily be added from one view. This used to happen for me before converting to Office 365, but now I get a contact window with dropdown menus for Email, Phone, IM, Work, etc. but have to go through many more clicks to add what used to be so simple in the full contact view.

From the android outlook phone app I'd like to be able to use the address in a received email as a contact. Currently I cannot find any way to do it and cannot work out how to copy the email address without typing it manually
People have no sync button add that and so people pick contact with other account
