New feedback from Outlook.com

Lately I cannot open links in ads or emails, it returns to inbox.
Trying to buy something on Amazon and trying to follow a language course. Will have to change my connection to use gmail.
Very frustrating.
I have been loyal to hotmail for 13 years...is it time to quit?
Most changes have been unwanted and annoying.
