How about listening to peoples comments and fix this slow buggy broken email
How did you manage to make Hotmail slow and non responsive??? And i'm using fiber...
I'm more and more using Gmail instead even though i don't like it but it works and its fast.

Outlook has sooooo many bugs! Can you please put more attention into fixing them? Half the time I cannot even get an opened email to come up. So many basic email functions have problems. And it's sooooo slow. I'm on the brink of switching to gmail.
So there's a new even more bloated resource hungry outlook. A step backwards when it runs slower...
How about something ground breaking like a bare bones version that is faster, smaller and less resource hungry? All the bells and whistles just make for a needlessly big, slow, program.
I'm looking at other options.
please streamline the interface to be simpler, faster, and easier to use.

Outlook is so incredibly slow to the extent of unresponsiveness.

Network is too slow and flakey. I'm paying for good service, not this frustration!!!
outlook is now sloooooow. what did you do microsoft? also I notice I didn't receive a couple of emails so I had to go back to gmail and gmail worked fine. Also I'm going to stay with gmail as my primary email because outlook is too SLOW and unreliable.

recently I have observed that the Outlook email performance is going bad to worse!
1. It is very slow to respond even on a std. laptop
2. It hardly works on tablets
3. The search function doesnt work at all sometime and stays "stoned"
While I very much like the look and feel of Microsoft Outlook, the performance sucks

I am cleaning out emails, deleting deleted emails and the program is still running slower than the second coming. I even tried the beta to speed things along and that only made it more frustrating.

Get a grip on your speed else I'll go elsewhere - even to the dreaded google whom you have bragged about so much in the past wrt speed. Tonight an effing snail could have reported news to me faster than you. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
My free Outlook operates soooo slowly that I will have to hold the mouse over an email for about 5 seconds just to get it to highlight and if I click in the box to delete it, I may have to click 3 or 4 times and the expected "X" will not show up until about 7 seconds after a click IF it shows up. It can take about 30 seconds just to mark an email for deletion. The system acts like it does not recognize the location of the mouse until about 7 seconds on the average and I may have to click upon the email or in the box from 1 to 5 times before it reacts. I have normal operation for every other website or software, so I do not think that my batteries in the mouse are low. Can someone suggest something or explain why my system has been operating this way for the last four days? Today is 7/11/18. Another problem is the sending of emails. They bounce back a day later as undeliverable. This has existed for months.
