give me back the old format please. the new one is totally NOT helpful or user-friendly. Have spent so much time trying to find items or solve problems and still cannot make head nor tail of it. Give me a choice please.

Graphically, the previous Classic version of Outlook /Hotmail was much easier to view. In the newest version there's little contrast and the graphics all blend in making it more difficult to distinguish characters.

i don't like the new update. can you please keep the classic version? or at least permanently embed my account to the classic version theme. thanks. its just the new version doesn't look good and it really confuses me with the images by the side of the mail. thanks

Could Microsoft please let us change outlook.live.com (a free Hotmail account) back to the classic view? How did Google destroy Microsoft in search? By not changing things! Sure, Google occasionally has a different font at the Chrome site, or doodles, or other bells & whistles. But mostly, it's just the same look as it ever was. Could Microsoft please stop changing things?

Give us a format option: The cumbersome, slow to load Outlook live is a step backward in function. What features have been added all appear to drive revenue stream for microsoft.

Such arrogance. Why, piece by piece your market share continues to erode in every product area.

I really liked the older "classic" format for my inbox page... It was so much simpler and easier to use.
Could we please go back or at least have a choice!!

Im using outlook.com. There is no "Home mail tab". Where do I manage Spam filtering.
    Getting all spams on inbox.

I have lost the ability to set my home page tabs and I don't like the way that sometimes the new messages are in bold and sometimes they are not. Also flagged messages used to go to the top of the page, now they stay in date order. And I don't like the grey typeface.

The new format is slow, cumbersome, difficult to use and totally unnecessary. At least give us the option of continuing with the former format.

I hate the new look; too many problems with searching and viewing; I cannot find anything. I keep making suggestions to the 3rd party, but never get an email back like it says.
