Unread mail overview/category/folder
Unread messages folder.
The old Outlook.com had an 'Unread' category where you could see all messages that had not yet been read, regardless of the folders they were in. I have a lot of mail sorting rules set up that automatically puts them in folders before I read them. Now, I cannot see when I have new messages because they are hidden away in folders with no indication they are there (especially so for sub-folders when their parent folders are collapsed).
Please please please bring this feature back. Outlook is now practically unusable for me without it.
Hello! This is a cool option.
Could you please just put a folder for "Unread mail" only?
And in this "focused" and "other" tabs, I dont have an option to click a box to delete a whole column of emails (the whole column i can see on my page until i scroll)?
Another suggestion: i got an email from microsoft saying i reached my limit for pictures/data and that id have to pay to get additional space?
Icloud offers 2GB for free. Would it be possible for microsoft to give us at least 2GB if not 10GB for free?
Thank you & have a great day !
kindly add new folder for unread mail
instead of focused & other section.
It would be useful if there was an "Unread Mail" folder. Thanks

Please bring back the "Unread" under categories.
in outlook.com there used to be a category called unread messages. It is missing now. I was using that category to quickly glance through my mails rather than going through individual personal folders. Would like to see that back in the list
I would very much like you to consider reestablishing the ability to create a unread folder where all my unread email can be accessed with one click. I sometime have to cherry pick which emails I read and at the end of the day the unread emails are scattered thru out the in box. Having the unread folder which shows the number of unread emails and just one click to open the folder to read them all in one spot is much better then searching through the inbox hunting for them.
Yep..I want the "Unread" category back!
Unread category is missing.
Allow Categories to be filtered to only show unread emails
Where is the unread email folder?
"Unread Mail" Category - This was very useful to see the new mail that is sorted into folders, easily in one spot.

Hi there, where has the unread messages folder gone to?? How do i get it back so that i have quick access to all the emails i haven't dealt with yet?
The left hand panel containing FOLDERS, CATEGORIES take up too much room.
E.g. the amount of space to the left of "Inbox" is unbelievable.
Why have such a big space?
Please bring back the Unread Mail option in Categories. I used this ALL THE TIME!!!!! Thanks!
Please bring back the "Unread" category, so I can see all my unread emails in every folder.
wish I had the "unread" folder still.
Please bring back the Unread smartfolder that automatically filtered all of my unread messages into one folder. This was a great great feature in the last version of Outlook Mail.

Why "Unread" category is removed. I need it.
Please enable the "Unread" folder. I have a lot of promotional emails sent to me and I don't usually read them. My inbox can sometimes stack up to more than 500 unread emails that I want to delete AT ONCE. However, since now I can only filter my unread emails and it usually check up to 4 or max of 55 boxes of unread emails (if I zoom out my screen until I can't read any word), I have to perform multiple actions to delete ALL the unread emails. Compare to the past when I can have a unread folder, I can simply empty my folder and it's only 1 click away. I have contacted Outlook Online Technician for help and we spend about 1 hour on this issue and still could not find the solution. Please consider this suggestion! Thanks.
Where the **** is my "Unread" folder?!?!
