Allow bi-weekly scheduling
Why did you remove the capability to use bi-weekly as schedule? I think you use to allow this but with your latest change, we lost it. Please put it back. Other calendars allow this so you should too.

bi-weekly means every second week
First, as English can be a bit confusing about this point, by "bi-weekly" do you mean 'every second week' or 'twice a week'?
To set up an appointment for every second week, in the Details screen when you create the event look for the Repeat dropdown list and select Other... then select a repeat pattern of Weekly and change the value to every 2 weeks, and check the day of the week it occurs each fortnight.
For an event that occurs twice a week, select a repeat pattern of Weekly, a value of every 1 weeks, and check the two days it occurs each week.

I would really like to be able to create an event/notice that is a Bi-weekly or Bi-monthly that would occur for an entire year. This would prevent me from having to create an individual event every two weeks or two months.

On every second Monday at 11pm I get paid. I would like to remind myself of this. However bi-weekly is no longer an option for repeating an event on the new calendar. Duh.
